Timely result back

The process of receiving the product, conducting the test, and sending in results was very straightforward and easy. The app made it very easy to track my specimen and monitor its progress. I have no issues at all with the user interface of EverlyWell. However, my testosterone results were VERY low compared to what they really are. I showed an 88 with the at home everywell test. Soon after seeing the results, I went to a clinic that specializes in male testosterone and hormones, and I tested for a 352. I followed the instructions perfectly for the EverlyWell at home test but my results were very VERY inaccurate, and it led me to believing something was seriously wrong with me.

I was very happy with the testing process. It did take a very long time to get the results back. The part that I am really disappointed in is I paid extra to get advice from am expert. I attended the appointment and the lady was rude to me, rushed me and barely listened to me. I did tell her that I felt unfulfilled with that particular service.

You made it very easy

Easy test and quick results. Now maybe I can figure out what is causing my symptoms. Cheaper than the Doctor.

One test came back with an error so they are remind a new test to redo. It will probably be over a month by the time I get results from the time I did my first one. Second test came back basically as I may or may not have celiac disease. Pretty expensive test to not get a for sure answer

I had only one small issue with the entire testing process. One quick email to Everlywell cleared it up. The issue was, I was not sure the test sample I provided was sufficient as it didn't immediately (or within the 15 minutes stated) turned the indicator red. However, they replied and I went ahead and sent the sample in and it was indeed enough to get a clear reading and results that I was confident with.

Excellent from beginning to end results. Easy and fast.
