They resolved my issue of item not fitting with sending me new item and just charging shipping

Hey Pat, Thanks for the kind words — glad we could get you into one that actually fits. That's what we'd want to do for anyone in the same spot, so no trouble at all. Always happy to help, and enjoy it out there. Warmly, Everhikes Team

I contacted Everhikes support to ask for the procedure for returning an order. Without answering that question, they replied asking me to explain why I wanted to return it. The reason I am returning the bag is that one of the product photographs depicts a smartphone being inserted into the upper pocket. The actual pocket is internally a small triangular compartment and cannot accommodate a phone at all. I regard that as false and misleading advertising, and it materially affected my decision to buy the product. Instead of simply providing the return procedure and then asking for feedback if they wished, Everhikes avoided my actual question. Even after I explicitly raised this concern, in a second email they maintained that I had to explain my reason for returning the item before they would provide the applicable next steps. Asking for customer feedback is perfectly reasonable; withholding the information needed to proceed with a return until the customer supplies that feedback is not. A misleading representation of the product followed by unnecessary friction when attempting to return it is not an acceptable customer experience.

Hey Luna, sorry about this, it's not how it should have gone. We do ask for the reason first, and that's not us being awkward: knowing what specifically went wrong is how we work out the right resolution for you rather than defaulting to the same one for everyone. Where we got it wrong was not explaining that, and just asking again instead. Fair point, and I've flagged it with the team. Thanks for the note on the photo as well — I've passed it to our product folks to take another look. Appreciate you taking the time to write this up. Best regards, Everhikes Team

On your size chart, size large was my size... but it was too tight for me. My wife is small and it fits her well! I ordered a 2XL ,which fits me well and has a better pocket configuration.
Response from EverhikesAug 20, 2026
Hey Christopher, Sorry to hear the large was too tight despite following our size chart. We’re glad the 2XL fits you well and that the pocket configuration works better for you. We’ll look into this matter and review our sizing information. Thanks for sharing your honest feedback! Kind regards, Everhikes Team

Loved the option of colors, price was what I expected. They are very comfy, must wear taller socks otherwise the shoes rub on your ankles. No extended shipping time.

Hey Shelby, Thank you for your lovely review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the color options, found the shoes comfy, and received them promptly. We also appreciate your helpful tip about wearing taller socks 😊 Kind regards, Everhikes Team

Very disappointed with Everhikes. The product is yet to arrive, yet it was ordered on 31st July. I paid an extra £9 for 'superfast delivery' hoping it would get here before a long weekend walking, starting 7th August. This is where we are at.
Response from EverhikesAug 17, 2026
Hey Kenneth, We’re really sorry your order hasn’t arrived, especially after you paid for faster delivery and needed it for your walking weekend. Please email our customer support team with your order details so we can look into this and assist you as soon as possible. Best regards, Everhikes Team

Had a really great experience with Everhikes. It is always tricky ordering products on-line. Had some back and forth, mainly driven on my part. Everhikes was extremely accommodating and made the process as smooth as can be!
