Long delivery time.

Arrived within delivery window. Hat is fit for purpose.

While the initial order processing was smooth, the shipping and logistics fell far short of expectations, earning a two-star rating for the delivery aspect. The package arrived well over a month late, which is unacceptable. This poor delivery experience initially left me questioning whether I would ever purchase from Everhikes again, and I strongly urge management to re-evaluate their choice of courier. However, the customer support team deserves a resounding five stars. In fact, the exemplary service I received is the sole reason I am taking the time to write this review. This positive outcome is entirely due to my support agent, Daisy. She was wonderful, kind, empathetic, and genuinely invested in resolving my case. Daisy completely transformed what was shaping up to be a highly frustrating experience. Because of her professionalism and care, I am willing to consider buying from Everhikes again in the future. The delivery window when I purchased would have meant arrival before the travel where I needed the hat. When it started looking like it was taking longer I got into contact; several times. In the end it missed the deadline and I had to purchase another hat. So I requested to return the item. However they stated in accordance with their contractual delivery window it arrived in time so I am not able to return it. They suggested I gift it to a friend!

Really liked the long sleeved black hooded top I received, I worried it would be too clingy but fits lovely and I am not a small girl :-)

I’m genuinely impressed by the backpack I ordered. The quality for the price is excellent - less than half the price of other comparable brands. It is exactly as described and I love the colour and design, and it seems robust and practical. I’ve already recommended it to my son!
