Product is great but your courier made many delivery promises and missed them all and lost the parcel. Eventually found and delivered 2 weeks late
Response from EverhikesAug 10, 2026
Hey there, Thanks so much for your feedback, and we’re really sorry about the delivery delay. We completely understand how frustrating those missed delivery updates must have been. We’ll be raising this with our delivery team. While delays can occasionally happen during periods of high demand, we’re glad to hear your parcel eventually arrived and that you’re happy with the product. 💕 Best regards, Everhikes Team

I ordered the lightweight Sun Hat with UV protection on the 14th July, the hat is great, mesh sides for ventilation, lightweight, adjustable and a nice wide brim. It took a while to be delivered but I got a prompt response when querying the delivery date, got the hat on the 1st August, very happy with my purchase.

Thanks for your patience, and we’re pleased it arrived safely and in time to enjoy. Best regards, Everhikes Team

Item arrived reasonably quickly and was exactly as advertised. I wanted a visor that covered my ears and it does that perfectly. I was pleased with the quality.

Stay as far away as possible! They list their address as a UK shop but the shop is a complete scam. I bought a watch for my son that took several weeks to get here, going through customs and came in a clear plastic bag (no box) and no instructions. The watch itself belonged in the bin—it didn’t even work and felt like cheap plastic for a ridiculous price! Then when I went to try to get a refund they said I’d have to send it back to China (on my charge) so they recommend I just take 20% back. I also went to write a review and there was no place to click on the website to write a review (even though they have stars listed??). All fake! Buy from Amazon you’ll get better quality than this fake place that’s certainly not UK based 😑
Response from EverhikesAug 6, 2026
Hey Megan, I’m genuinely sorry—the long delivery, missing box and instructions, and a watch that didn’t work are nowhere near what you should’ve received. While we sell to UK customers, some orders are fulfilled through our international warehouse, but that doesn’t excuse the poor experience or the return options you were given. Please contact us using the email address on your order confirmation so we can review this properly and work toward a fair resolution. Kind regards, Everhikes Team

Well packaged delivery, visor is different than normal visors you can buy, more stylish, soft and very comfortable on.
Response from EverhikesJul 28, 2026
Hey Tracey, Yay, we’re so glad you love it! It’s lovely to hear the visor felt soft and comfortable while still looking a little more stylish than the usual designs. Thanks for sharing! Best regards, Team Everhikes
