This hat is downright cute! I wasn’t sure if it would be when I ordered it but it was! It’s so lightweight and foldable it fits perfectly into my hiking pack! And so cool! Very pleased!

Do not buy from this supplier - sizes are not as advertised and shipping times are nearly a month from order. Trying to return items is a back and forth process where they try to offer discounts for you keeping items that don’t fit or offer you discount on replacement sizes. Avoid, avoid, avoid - I really would not like other customers to experience dealing with this Asia based supplier. DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL!!!
Response from EverhikesSep 7, 2026
Hey David, I’m genuinely sorry the sizing, month-long delivery, and back-and-forth return process left you feeling this frustrated. Everhikes isn’t based in Asia, but regardless, this experience fell well short of what you should expect from us. Please reply to our support team so we can review your order personally and work toward a fair resolution. Best regards, Team Everhikes

Cheap Chinese products which are impossible to return and get a refund. If you plan to use the clothing as clean cloths, then please order as ASAP.
Response from EverhikesSep 2, 2026
Hey Alan, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. Please know that we’re not based in China. Could you email our customer support team with your order details? We’d appreciate the opportunity to look into this and help resolve the issue for you. Best regards, Everhikes Team

I was so sad that the hiking shoes I received were just too tight. They seemed to be of good quality though. It took a while to receive them, but I expected that. When trying to return them there was miscommunication with my email address and I heard nothing. I thought I was going to have to put a stop payment on my credit card. I also donated the shoes to a local charity, and bought a pair of shoes locally. They did respond on my third try, and customer service was beyond my expectations. They gave me a replacement at equal value (no charge to me.) They make me feel like dancing, and they have restored my faith in ordering online!

Hey Debbie, We’re so glad our team was able to turn things around after the email mix-up and arrange a free replacement for you. Hearing that your new shoes make you feel like dancing absolutely made our day! It was also incredibly kind of you to donate the original pair to a local charity. Best regards, Team Everhikes
