Watch arrived in great condition. Lovely watch just what I expected it to be like. It is for a birthday gift so have not taken it out of packaging.

I ordered two men’s linen shirts which are very nice, although they took rather a long time to be delivered
Response from EverhikesOct 2, 2026
Hello there, Really glad you’re enjoying the linen shirts! We’re sorry the delivery took a little longer than expected — occasional delays can happen due to carrier handling and higher order volumes, so we really appreciate your patience. Best regards, Team Everhikes

Absolutely great quality of clothing and the customer service is incredible. I ordered the wrong size and messaged for a refund. They went above and beyond to help me. Would absolutely recommend.

Hi Fawn, Love hearing this! So glad our team could make the sizing issue easy to sort out, and it’s brilliant to know you’re happy with the clothing too. Really appreciate the lovely recommendation 💚 Best regards, Team Everhikes

The item wasn't as described - the fabric was not the fabric stated, which made it an expensive item for the material. They have processed a partial refund after some negotiation which was a satisfactory outcome as they allowed me to keep the item.
Response from EverhikesOct 2, 2026
Hey Leslie, I’m sorry the fabric didn’t match what was stated on the product page — I completely understand why that made the item feel overpriced. I’m glad we were able to reach a satisfactory resolution with the partial refund while letting you keep the item, and we’ll take a closer look at the product details to make sure they’re accurate and clear going forward. Best regards, Team Everhikes

The Ladies waterproof trousers were good value and excellent quality but the delivery was poor. Had I realised how long delivery was going to take I may not of ordered.
Response from EverhikesSep 29, 2026
Hey Graham, We’re really glad the waterproof trousers hit the mark for quality and value, but the long delivery time clearly let the experience down. You should’ve had a clearer idea of the delivery timeframe before ordering, and we’re taking this on board so we can communicate expectations better going forward. We really appreciate you calling this out. Best regards, Team Everhikes

The hooded zip up I bought is perfect for the fall. Light enough yet it breathes. Violet color is beautiful too. Purchasing and shipping was easy. I will order again!
