I called to cancel my warranty as my car was new and well serviced. I spoke to a wonderful girl Tori. She listened and told me why there were warranties for new items. Even with good servicing, the new cars have a lot of electronic features with glitches. It's just the downside of technology. She listened, validated my concerns and never tried to talk me out of it. She satisfied my concerns and I didn't cancel. I spoke to her manager Craig and he was just as wonderful. These two deserve promotions. They did their jobs up and beyond the call of duty. These are the kind of people that make a business successful.

What made me happy was the fact that when I went to the dealership they said I would need some rocker arms put on my car I didn't know what to do I thought of you and gave you a call the part I needed was covered in the warranty the work was done and I wanted to say thanks for help you were there when I needed you to me that is a good feeling keep up the good work that you are doing

SCAM!!! Got me into reactivating my "canceled" auto coverage and then called my dealer and told me to immediately cancel my card with my bank because it has happened many times before.
