Absolutely horrible doesn’t cover much on your vehicle, rude customer service rep wanted to argue and get mad because I wanted to cancel my warranty bc it didn’t cover the issue(s) in which the vehicle in the shop for & they still haven’t reimbursed me for the rental I had to get in which rental reimbursement is apart of the warranty package

Evercare Protection,LLC (...as in limited liability) bombards our mailbox with email pretending to be from the manufacturer of our Kia EV9. At the top of the letter is this information about the sender: "2024 Kia Ev9 Official Business Penalty for Private Use, $300" (Long Bar Code) "Important Vehicle Information Address Change? Please contact our Customer Service Dept." This tells me that this notice is from Kia, when in fact it is not. This is false information, intentional obfuscation and probably falls under "False Advertising" as Kia has its own service operation. Only at the bottom of the page is this note: "The Administrator of the vehicle service contract is Evercare Protection, LLC 7150 Camelback Rd Scottsdale AZ 85251"

I received a letter that said I can "renew" my policy, so I do not lose coverage on my home policy. I NEVER HAD A HOME POLICY WITH THIS COMPANY! I called EVERCARE themselves and not from the letter, the agent from the letter, I will say was very nice and polite his name was Elvin. The agent from Evercare was rude and hung up on me when I told him that I needed more time to look into this ... he told me that he was putting my letter in a denial file and that's when he hung up on me! This is smells like a big SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!

Called them regarding one of their obviously harassing third party "time sensitive" letters about my factory warranty being expired...on a car I don't and have never owned. Even after confirming I already had coverage on my actual car, the rude customer service rep said "if you are not going to follow my directions and answer my question, I am going to end this call. Do you want your car to be covered for repairs or not?" Just wow. Misleading and threatening.

If you get a letter from them, shred it, set it on fire, and bury the ashes on someone else's land. Absolute scam of a company and they're even lazy when it comes to scamming. Utter wastes of space. If you contact them to get them to stop sending this nonsense, they'll just sell your data to even worse scammers. This company needs to be investigated. It's better business bureau page is crazy. Something like 150 complaints in a very short timespan.

They sent me misleading mail trying to make me think they are part of my auto insurance. When I called to stop them from sending information the salesperson was talking over me and making outlandish statements. It was a scary and upsetting experience.

Evercare needs to better train all of their staff. I began my coverage in April and have had to contact them more than once regarding payments. They even forgot to take out the monthly payment last month. I contacted them to inquire about the status of my policy and why they had not taken out the payment. No one could tell me what happened. Due to their mishap they decided my payment was late and sent me to the Collections Department. I am over them and will be canceling my policy.

I tried to give them no stars this is the biggest bullshit insurance ever. It not worth having they do not hold up to their contract. Do not get this insurance
