Scammed my 90-year-old mother into giving them her cc info and charged her $359 a month for a car she doesn't even drive. Caught it after 5 months. Scam artist at best.

Had my claim completed in 2days treated me with respect and was surprised of outcome. They took care of more then I thought the would . Very satisfied

Got a card in the mail stating I needed to contact this number to activate my vehicle protection and that if I don't, I would be responsible for all repairs out of pocket. So I called, not realizing they were SELLING me additional protection. The card said nothing about this and I thought it was part of my vehicle warranty. WRONG. Don't fall for this.

My customer rep April was very professional she explain everything to me far as my car services; she was patient, I was comfortable speaking with her. I was speaking with April if not everyday ever other day for the service for may car, she did not mind me for calling her back, I appreciate her for the status of my claim.
