Evercare Protection has really helped me a lot with my 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 needed roughly $2000 of electrical work. Evercare Protection covered the repair and I paid my $100 deductible like they stated they would do plus having oil change voucher every three months is great they also provide roadside assistance if needed. Its definatley worth having for the piece of mind

Highly recommend this company. They have awesome customer service. we had a computer module go out cost almost 3k. Highly recommend them

i Received a call about extending my warranty. I asked sell rep point blank if the was actually through the Company BMW and he said YES. after paying $250 i received the Welcome packed, which was not through BMW. Upon further research I found all the horrible reviews and complaints, I have not found 1 review to reflect anything legit or good about this company. I also reviewed the terms and they are less than favorable and from what I can tell from other reviews they do not often deliver funds or they make it hard for approval of service work to be complete. Upon trying to cancel the agent was confrontational and volatile. She hung up on me when I simply asked for confirmation my account has in fact been canceled. She said no and hung up. I called back again hoping for another agent and received her again. When i asked for confirmation again she said she will not give it to me and that she was done wasting her time on me. She is being PAID to deal with me and "Waste her time" I however am not and actually PAID $250 and sat on hold for 10 min each call before getting hung up on. Since i read the reviews prior to calling, I recorded both calls (which I stated i would be doing). I then called back a third time and talked to accounts payable. Extremely dissatisfied with the entire encounter and if this company is as legit as they say they are i strongly suggest they work on their customer service. I also strongly suggest BBB tighten up their scoring, they take they companies word over the numerous complaints (which are all basically the same complaint) over any actualy customer. loosing faith in the whole checks and valance process. perhaps BBB isn't quite they accreditation they once were.

If you get a Motor Vehicle Service Notification from "Evercare Direct" in the mail, that is a scam, I call the phone number and they jump directly into asking personal info. Don't provide any info try to ask about them and you will not get any answer until you provide your personal information, It is a total SCAM, don't fall to it. 1-888-307-2075 8883072075

Rude, pushy and not professional at all. The agent tried to coerce me into an agreement with your company that I clearly stated I couldn't afford. This is unethical, and very unprofessional. Watch out!
