Total scam company wants to sell you extended vehicle warranty

Scam company that sends out urgent "time sensitive" letters that makes it seem as though you didn't do something properly for your car's extended warranty. Too bad my car is only 3 months old and nowhere near touching anything to do with the extended warranty. There is only a phone number on the letter, no address, no email contact, no company name (except in fine print at the very bottom). The BBB has the company's rating as less than 2. Every single positive review here are obviously working for the company,

I was initially sold a product that I was told multiple times that would cover my AC unit for ANY repairs and replacement if needed. This was the ENTIRE reason for the purchase of the policy and was assured that the AC unit would be taken care regardless of the issue. We moved into our home last year and our inspector let us know that our unit was an older unit - thus we got the policy. Naturally, something happened with the unit and it was no longer pumping cold air. We had to wait 3 days to have a technician come out due to the claims process. Once the technician did his diagnostic, EverCare and OnPoint let me know that my claim was being denied. The evaporator coil had failed and leaked coolant and I was told that due to this not being mechanical, that they would not acknowledge the claim and that this was all written in the booklet provided to us after the purchase. I confirmed multiple times with the sales rep that NO MATTER what happened to the unit it would be covered. I can only say I feel duped to say the least. I have had to get a refund, but only after being rudely spoken to by the rep telling me it was a failure on my part due to basically not holding them accountable for what was told to me initially. Terrible experience - I was juggled around on the phone and spoke to 5 people before I finally just had to tell them I wanted to cancel the policy as it DID NOT cover what I was told it would. If you are looking for home warranties - don't get duped like me and look far awary from EverCare services.

I brought my car to AAMCO in Winter Haven Fl To have my A/C worked on. It was blowing cool air and the blower wasn’t working properly. They found the problem and fixed it now I have cold air and the blower’s working perfectly. They were very professional and knowledgeable.

I rested easy with EverCare my car went to ford and I was worry free EverCare took care of all my needs my car was fixed even the car rental and pay the little Deductible. Having this Warranty is a piece of mind I definitely sleep good knowing I have EverCare on my side....

Everything with my claim went smoothly. Repairs were done in a very short time frame. The issues my vehicle experienced was covered except for a couple of other things. Your agent was very helpful and polite. Very pleased all around. Hope to continue coverage with you guys.

Hey, let's send out 10,000 Motor Vehicle Notifications telling people they will have to pay their own vehicle maintenance bills unless they pay us each month. Seriously, at least 150 will do it. Then they start paying us $250 a month, that's $37,500/ month. Not bad for a couple of uneducated illegals.
