They are a completely different entity! They are a bunch of scammers sending out fake letters trying to get ppl to call them so they can obtain their credit/debit card numbers for personal use. It's a theft thing to scam people! My dad got one today!

They sent a letter saying warranty was going to expire - scare tactic to get you to "act now" and sign up quickly. - mailed to my deceased father's name and made my mother think she needed to continue this insurance plan. Prowling on older people!

This is a scam. They will get your money and not honor your warranty. They also send out fake documentation. Please report them. I did

I don't appreciate getting letters disguised as the company that I have in place for an extended warranty. "by neglecting to activate your overage you will be at risk or be financially liable for any and all repairs after your factory warranty expires". Please call 1-888-307-2075 and provide VIN. I won't call them and don't know how to get them to stop sending these letters.

Can i actually give NO stars because i want too. PLEASE PEOPLE THIS IS A SCAM! Do not be fooled. do you not fall for this. There is enough going on in this world. If your warranty is expired please use a reputable site to help you with coverage. This spot aint it.
