If I could give this company no stars I would! I called trying to cancel the plan because they kept blowing up my phone after I tried to cancel multiple times and the guy that answered the phone kept trying to debate after I said multiple times I don’t need the damn plan. He was very rude and wouldn’t listen to a single thing I said. Then said he was gonna hang up when I got pissed that he wouldn’t cancel my plan and said he didn’t care if I had to pay or not. He started talking about how the dealerships don’t cover electrical damage or something. They also sent a misleading paper in the mail that I thought was from the dealership I had bought my car from because it has the vin number from my car on it but it was saying to get warranty on my car or basically I wasn’t going to have one so I thought it was urgent turns out it’s not. Therefore this company is trash!

I haven’t come across any issues with Evercare Protection from getting the quote, activating the policy, or making a claim. This company has won my trust and is highly recommended by me.

The vehicle I selected of the luxury kind is the Ultra Luxury VSC. It protects my car in the same way it is well made. I feel very confident about my health because Evercare guards my policy.

Customer service at Havint is really excellent. Since I had questions about my policy, the representatives were patient, knew a lot about it, and offered a lot of help. These days, it doesn’t happen often that people offer this degree of service.

Signing up and asking about my insurance policy have always given me a quick response and a professional response. Handling such a company is a pleasure for customers.

What stands out to me in Evercare is how honest they are. The terms are all explained clearly right when you start, so you won’t have to worry about anything surprising. It is evident that they really want to help their customers and fulfill their assurances.

I’ve worked with Evercare’s home warranty for over a year, and it has really helped a lot. As soon as summer arrived, my AC failed and they sent a technician to fix it the very next day. The service was perfect, and there was excellent communication as well. Highly recommend!

This company sends misleading notifications by mail - with a “Registration Fee Voucher” at the top that looks like a check for $199. (Although says under it “This is not a check”.). Says “Final Notice” and gives your vehicle year/model. Basically it is a solicitation for an extended car repair warrantee. The name of the company is NOT given anywhere on the letter OR on the envelope (shows ppd mail from St. Louis, MO). At the very bottom in VERY FAINT MINISCULE print, it says “This is an advertisement for a vehicle repair contract”. I already have an extended warrantee purchased thru my VW dealer, so normally would throw out. But the fact that the co. name wasn’t given anywhere prompted me to call the no. out of curiosity and that was the first question - what company do you represent - that I asked. They said Evercare Protection. Immediately tried to talk me into a contract, and I told them this was a scam, I already had an extended contract, and was going to report them. There is a federal Driver’s Protection Act - 18 U.S.C. 2721 - that prohibits State DMVs from providing vehicle owner addresses for mailing such advertisements! So apparently they illegally obtained my address?! And did not identify their insurance co. ANYWHERE in the mailing. DO NOT do business with this company!
