Horrid awful disgusting people at a disgusting company. Do NOT agree to a warranty after they mislead you into thinking you must call and activate it. I was charged $200 a month after being told it was $150 a year. When I called to cancel I was given the run around, all but told I was stupid for cancelling so soon after I got it, hung up on, and when I called back to ask for proof of cancellation they assured me it showed it was cancelled on their end, but denied to send me and proof to my email or home address. I had my credit card company block payments to them and I have gotten 2 attempted transactions from them since my policy was “cancelled”. Sorry people. Sorry company. Just a bunch of roaches who were too dumb to get an education to get another job and have to settle for scamming hardworking people. Absolute joke. I hope they all find themselves on the opposite side of this scenario one day and get a taste of their own.

Don't trust the 5 Star reviews on here. They're all written by employees of the company itself! This scammy "company" has been aggressively sending my elderly parents deceptive letters over the past 3 years (about once a month), and no matter what I've done cannot get them to stop. Called numerous times; they tend to refuse to provide any info about themselves, or simply hang up, or pushily ignore any questions and keep trying to sell their fake insurance, or even become aggressive and mean. (Depends on the salesperson.) One of them revealed the company's identity at last (although it's probably a bogus address): Evercare Direct 4800 Mexico Road St Peters, MO 63376 1-888-307-2075 Basically they send deceptive and scammy mailings about car service contracts, often referred to as "motor vehicle service notices" or "vehicle service contract" offers. These letters typically do not include a legitimate company name, use urgent and threatening language about expiring warranties, and request personal vehicle information such as your VIN and mileage. These mailings pose as being from your car dealer, manufacturer, or insurer, designed to pressure recipients into calling the number and potentially providing sensitive information or purchasing a worthless or non-existent service contract.
