Poor Service caused my order to be almost worthless
Update: I received my glasses the last day before leaving on my trip. They were sent by the slowest cross-country delivery company, not at all expedited. It they had spent the $20 refund they gave me on expediting delivery, I would have been impressed. As it is, I still doubt support did anything but try to soothe me and refund $20. And yes, they do work great.
Original: I ordered the G2 with prescription lenses 5-1/2 weeks before a "trip of a lifetime" through Europe. I have just found out that they will finally be delivered after I leave. When I ordered, it said 2 to 3 weeks. I only read reviews about the glasses being great, but not the reviews about how bad support is. A great and expensive product with poor support is not a wise investment for me.

Excellent service
Excellent service, I tested the glasses to decide if I'd keep them before getting my perscription put in so there were a lot of emails arranging shipping and the process was really fast and I was updated every few days. Questions are answered within 24 hours every time.

Scam
I ordered Even g2 glasses, ring and clip and pouch. I never received clip and pouch, when I wrote to customer support they offered me 10$ diascount and offered me to buy again.
Glasses are not comfortable, pressing to much to the ear, in a sunny day impossible to see. Gestures do not work well, ring is bulky heavy and sensors do not work well. Navigation, it is like unfinished product.
Very disappointed with product even more with customer support. Worst purchase ever
Update in response to Even Realities' representative:
I appreciate the response, but it does not address the main reason for my disappointment with your customer support. I paid for the Clip & Pouch and never received it. When I contacted support, instead of sending the missing item, I was offered a $10 discount to purchase it again. It was shipped from China to California, it was not delivered to the customer as it should be, it was missing an item.
As a customer, I should not have to pay a second time for an item that was part of my original paid order. Your internal shipping records or warehouse procedures are not something I can verify or control, I can only confirm what I actually received.
Regarding the G2 itself, the issues I mentioned are based on my actual daily experience: discomfort around the ears, very poor visibility in bright sunlight, unreliable gestures, a bulky ring with inconsistent controls, and navigation that feels unfinished.
I wanted to like the product, but unfortunately both the product experience and the handling of the missing item have been very disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your purchase experience with us. We truly value every customer's honest feedback.
First, regarding the missing clip and pouch you mentioned – we completely understand your frustration. In cases where a customer reports missing items, our standard practice is to carefully verify our system's shipping records and review warehouse packaging footage to confirm whether the items in question were properly packed into the outer box. If the package you received arrived with an intact outer box, we will handle the matter based on our actual shipping records. Should our verification confirm that the items were indeed shipped, we regret that we are unable to issue a free replacement. We hope for your understanding on this matter.
Second, concerning your experience with the glasses' comfort, the ring's touch sensitivity, and the navigation functionality – we are more than willing to listen to your specific concerns and do our best to assist you in improving your overall experience. If possible, we would appreciate it if you could provide more details about the issues you encountered.
Please feel free to send us more information at [email protected], and we will follow up with you promptly.
Thank you again for your feedback. We genuinely hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better product and service experience going forward.

Disappointing product and even more disappointing customer service
I purchased the Even Realities sunglasses attachment for $100 alongside my glasses. Less than two weeks after receiving it, the attachment broke. It was not dropped, damaged, or subjected to any unusual force—it simply came apart while I was removing it from the glasses as intended.
I contacted customer service expecting this to be treated as a faulty product. Instead, they refused to take responsibility, stating that their warranty does not cover accessories. I explained that I was not making a claim based on normal wear and tear or asking for a warranty benefit; I was reporting a $100 product that had failed after less than two weeks of normal use. At that price, I would reasonably expect it to last considerably longer.
I even offered to return the broken attachment at my own expense so that they could inspect it. They refused. The only resolution they offered was a $20 discount toward purchasing another attachment. Given that the first one failed within two weeks, I have absolutely no interest in purchasing another.
I also repeatedly asked for the matter to be escalated to management. Despite this, I never received a response from anyone other than the same customer service representatives telling me that the matter had been "reviewed." On some occasions, I received these responses within minutes of sending my email, which hardly inspires confidence that the issue was genuinely investigated in any meaningful way.
What is most disappointing is that I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted a $100 product that failed after less than two weeks to be properly investigated and replaced or refunded.
Unfortunately, both the product failure and the way Even Realities handled the complaint have completely undermined my confidence in the company. I would not recommend spending your money with them.

When I decided to purchase the Even G2…
When I decided to purchase the Even G2 smart glasses, I did so after extensive research. I carefully compared the available AI-powered smart glasses, evaluated their technology and features, and considered which product best suited my needs.
My wife actually encouraged me to purchase Meta instead. Nevertheless, I deliberately chose Even Realities because I wanted to support an emerging technology company. I was willing to pay a premium for innovation and believed that supporting a smaller, ambitious company was worthwhile. I therefore purchased the complete ecosystem, including the Even G2 glasses, the additional sunglasses, the ring, and prescription lenses. The total investment was significant—considerably more than what I could have spent on competing products.
Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing.
The Prescription Problem
The most serious issue concerns the prescription lenses. I entered my prescription correctly when placing the order. Even Realities subsequently produced the lenses using different prescription information, and the company maintains that the responsibility lies entirely with me.
I strongly disagree with that characterization.
Whatever happened during the ordering or processing of the prescription, the practical reality is simple: I paid for prescription smart glasses that I cannot properly use. My prescription is relatively mild, yet the vision through the glasses is sufficiently blurred to make them unsuitable for normal everyday use.
Rather than immediately demanding a refund or taking an adversarial approach, I repeatedly contacted customer service and attempted to find a reasonable solution. I proposed several alternatives, including purchasing another pair with the correct prescription at a meaningful discount.
I was even willing to continue investing in Even Realities.
My objective was never to obtain something for free. I wanted a fair and equitable solution in which both the company and the customer could share the responsibility reasonably.
Unfortunately, despite my repeated attempts to find common ground, the company remained unwilling to offer what I considered a genuinely fair resolution.
The $50 reduction presented as a gesture of goodwill does not, in my opinion, adequately address the situation when the customer is still expected to absorb the overwhelming majority of the cost of correcting a product that cannot be properly used. The Connectivity and Interface Problems
Unfortunately, the prescription issue is not my only concern.
I have also experienced repeated problems with the interface and the connection between the glasses and the application.
The system frequently disconnects from the app. The interface becomes unreliable, requiring reconnection and, at times, troubleshooting or reinstalling the application. These interruptions significantly affect the overall usability of a product that is supposed to provide a seamless smart-glasses experience.
For a product positioned as an advanced AI-powered wearable, this level of instability is particularly frustrating.
Smart glasses are inherently dependent on the interaction between hardware, software, the mobile application, and the associated ecosystem. When that connection repeatedly fails, the problem is not merely a minor inconvenience—it directly compromises the functionality of the product. And when these technical problems are combined with an already disappointing customer-service experience, the overall impression becomes considerably worse.
My Biggest Disappointment: The Lack of Flexibility
What bothers me most is not that problems occurred.
Problems happen with technology.
What matters is how a company responds when a loyal customer encounters those problems.
Throughout this process, I have tried to remain reasonable, respectful, patient, and proactive. I did not approach customer service simply to complain. I approached them with solutions.
I repeatedly tried to find alternatives that would allow both sides to be treated fairly.
I was willing to compromise.
I was willing to purchase another product.
I was willing to continue supporting the company.
I was willing to accept that mistakes can happen.
What I was looking for in return was some recognition that customer relationships are built on reciprocity.
Unfortunately, I did not feel that reciprocity from Even Realities.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We understand your frustration throughout the process of purchasing and using the G2 glasses.
Regarding the prescription lenses, we understand your disappointment that the prescription lenses are not working as expected for everyday use. Please be assured that if our internal investigation confirms that we made an error during the manufacturing process that resulted in lenses not matching your prescription, we will provide a free replacement in accordance with our warranty policy.
However, if our review finds that the prescription information you submitted at the time of order placement differs from the prescription data you provided after receiving the glasses, this would require a paid lens replacement.
We want to reassure you that our production team strictly follows the prescription information submitted at the time of order – this has always been our standard practice and our commitment to every customer. We will determine the final resolution in accordance with our existing policies.
We are equally concerned about the recurring connection instability you mentioned. If you are willing to work with us to investigate and resolve this issue, please send more details to [email protected]. Our support team would be more than happy to assist you with the diagnosis and work toward a feasible solution.
We have always valued every customer who chooses Even Realities. We deeply appreciate that you chose to support us – an emerging technology company – among so many options.
At the same time, we hope you understand that every final service proposal is determined through a careful and thorough review process, taking into account the specific circumstances of each case as well as our internal policies. We do not attribute responsibility to our customers without due cause.
Thank you again for your feedback. Every comment you have shared will be taken seriously and will serve as an important reference as we continue to improve our products and services. If you would like to discuss this further with us, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected].

My glasses display broke after less…
My glasses display broke after less than a week and I have been waiting for days on someone together back to me after being forced to send them a video of the failure, upload logs, etc...
Response from Even RealitiesAug 19, 2026
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience.
For hardware-related issues, we do need to collect diagnostic information (including logs) for internal review to ensure we can offer the most appropriate service solution. That said, we hear your concern about the response time, and we will conduct an internal review on our end.
If you're still willing to work with us, please reach out directly to [email protected] with your case details, and we'll prioritize your ticket. Our team is ready to expedite the review and resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Product is faulty
Product is faulty, used only once and attempted to trouble shoot many times. Left and right screen were not syncing and were showing different things. I have been waiting for a replacement for 2 weeks even though they have received the original.
I am considering taking legal action against them.
