Excellent warranty support and follow-up I recently experienced a problem with my R1 ring and contacted Even Realities support. After reviewing the issue, the team approved a warranty replacement, provided the return shipping label, monitored the return, and arranged shipment of the replacement. My new R1 arrived safely and is now working properly. I especially appreciated the communication throughout the process. Lua from the support team followed the case carefully and even contacted me after delivery to confirm that everything had arrived safely and was working well. Hardware problems can happen; what matters to me is how a company deals with them. In my case, Even Realities handled the situation professionally and followed it through to a successful resolution. Thank you to Lua and the whole support team.

I love my glasses - their ease of use, the day-to-day subtle support it provides my work day, and it feels normal. The only thing I wish they could do is update R1 to provide a more seamless and intuitive health data experience so to not have to wear another device for that purpose.

Exceptional customer service. I send an email and within a day I have a reply with answers. They did everything they could to help me, advised on the best course of action which I took, and now the glasses are fine. My glasses arrived in a week, the R1 ring in four days! The support team emailed back several times just to see if I was satisfied and repeatedly said no matter what problems may arise in the future, they want to know about it and they will help. I mentioned twice that I have an official diagnosis of ADHD and the glasses actually are really helping me with my day to day life suffering from this neurodiversity. Especially with no audio they really are perfect for people like us (as explained below in more detail). They were totally professional, showed genuine interest in this subject and valuable insight and said they hadn't even considered that the glasses would help people with neurodiversity and they will make sure that this will be mentioned to head office, and without promising anything, would see if this is an area that the company will look into and support if this is true. I do hope that this will be the case as supporting something like ADHD will gain you an valuable client base others may not have even considered! I am one of those customers that if I receive exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond (which has been the case here), I remain loyal to them and make sure everyone is aware of how happy I am. And please trust me when I say that I tell EVERYONE!! My main point of contact who dealt with me from the Even Realities Support Team from my very first email, was a credit to the Even Realities support team and the company as a whole. I have noticed many complain that the customer service is awful and that there have been issues with deliveries. I have not experienced this, but there are a lot of delivery companies who steal items, or don't even deliver them and that is really down to those companies, not Even Realities. This happens a lot here in the UK with companies such as Amazon, Yodel (who had to change their company name it was getting THAT bad!) and DPD, so my advice is to complain to those companies who are delivering your glasses.

Don’t waste your money on Even G2. I was ready to buy these glasses and abandoned the purchase after seeing what I was actually getting for £599. The whole proposition is absurdly overcomplicated. You are buying a pair of AI glasses, yet the company surrounds them with expensive extras—including a separate controller ring—and turns buying glasses into configuring a car. Worse, the “AI meeting assistant” does not even have proper access to a substantial persistent repository of your own documents. Conversate relies on limited Prep Notes. If I am paying £599 for professional AI glasses, I expect the AI to know my work context and documents—not ask me to prepare a handful of files before meetings. So what exactly am I paying £599 for? A private screen, microphones, limited AI context, and an invitation to spend more money on accessories? If you are happy paying premium money to read captions, use a teleprompter and feed a few prepared files to an AI, enjoy. I would not recommend Even G2 to anyone looking for a serious professional AI assistant.

I purchased these as a prescription with all of the additional items and somewhat enjoyed them. The left lens just cracked. Out of nowhere, it cracked. They replaced it. Then the right lens cracked. At this point I couldn’t trust they were of any real value. I sought to return the package. They refused. I won via a credit card dispute. Hours of emailing. Hours of them saying the warranty covers it—for a year. They broke twice in 3 months. I’ve just now returned the entire package after my credit card company agreed they were defective and took the money back. Horrible company. The reply below is exactly what I dealt with. They replace it. For a year. No admittance that’s it a design flaw. Refused to give me a refund even though their product was not functional. Just, they will replace it until the warranty is expired.

Really disappointed with the customer service.I originally ordered the glasses, which arrived within around 20 days, so when I later ordered an glass clip as a birthday surprise for my partner, I expected a similar delivery time. Instead, I had to email them almost every day just to get updates. I contacted different email addresses because responses were very slow. When they finally gave me a tracking number, the details were incomplete, so I had to contact them again to get the correct information.I then had to contact the courier companies myself, and after going through multiple couriers, I eventually found out that the package had been lost. They did send another clip free of charge, which I appreciate, but unfortunately it arrived after my partner’s birthday, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering it as a surprise. What disappointed me the most was the lack of communication and customer care and the clip that was sent after getting arrived within a week ,I was the one constantly following up and emailing them. They never checked in to see if the package had arrived, and there wasn’t even a proper apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. The product itself is nice, but the customer service experience was honestly very frustrating. I expected much better communication and support, especially when the delivery issue wasn’t something I had caused.

Purchased a pair of G2 glasses. They don't charge properly in the case and never did from the outset.After a month or so of emails of them trying to fob me off they are suggesting I pay to have them repaired? This company is literally a joke.....The glasses might be ok if they work but the nice emails from customer service are all for nothing if they won't honour their product. Steer clear is my advice.

Como emprera deja mucho que desear, hace un año que compre mis gafas G1B , las gafas se han empezado a despegar por la parte de la bateria, han ereocnocido que es un problema que entra en garantia, pero no tienen piezas de recambio, han descatalogado totalmente ese modelo. Llevo una semana a base de correos sin soluciones.
