Item wasn't color it should have been. It is sad because I really liked the design and the quality for price. Your people were really great in helping me return it

The bars that connect the seat and the back of the chair do not connect together correctly. The bars are crooked. I can not put one screw in because it won't align up.

Had purchased eurway before, I was satisfied. My recent purchase is not the quality I was expected and have been used to.

Product came when expected and was packaged well. The chair was just what was needed and what the website led me to believe we would get.

I'm elated with this purchase. I was a little leery to order a glass table via the mail, especially one with moving parts. I didn't need to be. It was well packed and arrived via curbside delivery intact. I had a great driver who helped me get it inside (I live on second floor). Yes, I tipped him. Anyway, I am so pleased with the quality of the table. There are no scratches, it is level, and all edges align perfectly. Assembly was easy thanks to a previous customer who put together a 'how to.' I will do business with Eurway again. Thanks for a pleasant Internet shopping experience.
