They were great to work with, very friendly, very easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly. Our only issue was it took awhile to get our table because it was on back order and then it was delayed more. Other than that the experience was wonderful!!

The co was on top of letting me know of shipping delays due to manufacturer back order. There was expressed concern with my satisfaction and offer to cancel the order with full refund. So Cust serv and communication are great. When the desk arrived the driver expressed surprise it arrived intact -apparently most arrived damaged with glass broken due to poor shipping packaging. Not sure whose responsible for that part. The desk itself is exactly as promised and a GREAT piece of furniture. Classy, clean, high-end look. Worth the 8 week wait. Overall we are very satisfied with the company and the piece.

I bought a fairly large desk that arrived attached to a wooden pallet with a wooden frame securing it to the pallet. The delivery driver brought the desk to the door of the office building where I worked, but that was it. I had to dismantle the wooden frame and pallet and discard it myself. I managed to get the (fairly heavy) desk into my office with some difficulty. More of an ordeal than I am used to with product deliveries.

We needed recliners that were NOT huge for our motorhome as we took out a couch that was not comfortable. We bought just 1 and went back for the 2nd. Just what we need after a long day on the road. One minus - our 1st order took 2 months to get. The 2nd in a more timely manner.

I ordered some furniture that was in stock. Once the order was placed, Eurway realized that the specific pieces I wanted were not in fact all in stock and were going to take some weeks to arrive. They asked if I wished to alter the order and just take what was in stock and they would refund the difference. I took them up on this offer as that suited my plans better. They shipped what they had, sent me very clear and concise paperwork and made the refund as they said they would. Well-organized, professional and efficient. I would use them again without hesitation.
