Ordered 2 barstools - not inexpensive by any means - and they came damaged and appearance is very cheap. Tried to get a REFUND and their policy is no refund on 'made to order' items. BUT...if the 'made to order' item is crap...and the customer isn't happy, then what? We are stuck with them!

I ordered 3 shelving units and an entertainment center, over $2500. The entertainment unit took over a month to be shipped. I had to get updates myself by calling. They communicated once by email during this month plus wait. I am now having to do the constant communication because one unit had missing parts so I could not build it. Was told 5 days ago that someone would contact me about when I could expect them. Of course no contact. I have agin sent emails via 2 different contact points. I will follow up on this feedback and will be fair. This company comes across as a poorly funded enterprise that doesn't keep up with its stock of the items it sells. One person orders, they act as a middle man and then submits your order. They give a run around on the phone without followup.

We ordered an office credenza and mobile file cabinet and it took nearly 5 months to receive the order while having paid upon placing the order. Worse yet, the first credenza we received was damaged and had to be sent back. The really difficult situation with all of this was I had to make the calls to get updated status on the shipments.

It took 5 months to get my order. They called to tell me 3 months into the order that they couldn't fulfill the my original request and I had to pick another fabric or wait another 3 months before they could fulfill my order. Once the order was complete they called to tell me that that they were inspecting the order and shipping it out. When I received the order one of the legs on the chair were bent. They acknowledged this in an email to me. I sent them a picture of the bent leg and have never heard back from them. Let's not even talk about the delivery company that woudl only schedule an 8 hour window with only a 30 minute call ahead notice that basically takes up your hold day. I would not order from this company again......

I placed my order and was notified that my "In stock" item was back ordered for about a month. I wasn't in any rush so that was ok with me. 3 back order delays later (about 3 months), I finally receive an e-mail that my item was in stock and was shipping out. On the day I was to receive my item, I called to confirm delivery time and was informed that my item did not make the truck and did not ship. I finally received my item but my experience was not very good. I might not every order again or even recommend the site to friends.

Took almost a month to get a piece of art. Blamed it on weather and holiday but still wouldn't of been here on time...

I ordered over 5K USD of furniture which came via 3 different freight companies. Unless you're comfortable dealing with 500lbs pallets dropped on your sidewalk look else where. In a lot of cases the furniture was places on the pallet fully assemble, so it is very bulky and in 1 giant box that you don't be able to move without 1+ people. I spent 3 days coordinating delivery with freight companies and a 3rd party moving company since I cannot deal with a 300 pound piece of furniture fully assembled in a box. I would have expected the item to come assembled and split into a few boxes so the items can easily be moved to where they need to be assembled.

I don't think I would ever receive my order unless I followed up. I had to ask why I hadn't received it 2 times, which seemed to initiate some action from them. The piece was in stock, not back ordered, I am not sure why all the delays.
