Very cheap material!!!! Did not have a good experience with Eurway. Customer service is seriously lacking and the furnitures quality is about two notches below Ikea!!! Shop elsewhere or beware!!!

This is clearly a fake review posted by a competitor in an attempt to discredit our four decade history (since 1980!) of stellar-quality products and customer service.

We strongly recommend that you do not order from this virtual brick and mortar online company. If we could leave 0 stars we would over and over again!!! We are an entertainment that has dealt with many vendors and clients and we have to say this is the absolute WORST vendor I have ever ordered from. From the Management to customer service is absolutely horrible. We have waited patiently for someone to get back to us about a stool that was missed priced by them and then had the audacity to turn around, canceled our order without speaking and explaining to us about the reason why. When we had to call multiple times to get someone to explain why they couldn't accommodate the customer from their mistake; their people told us and any couldn't afford to buy a stool and take the lose for 149.99 from 11.99 that was stated on their website at tie time of purchase, because they are nothing more than a 3rd party company that buys and resells. We still are waiting for my refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Do your self a favor and DO NOT order from here. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am a designer who works with a lot of different vendors and I have to say this is the absolute WORST vendor I have ever ordered from. The customer service is horrible, I had multiple people lie to me and then try to blame the shippers as if it was their fault. I still am waiting for my refund!

This order did NOT go well...a new staffer ordered the wrong color chairs and things went downhill from there. I hope you'll reconsider and give us another chance – we've sent you a gift certificate for using on Eurway.com if you will let us show you a better level of service. - Greg

The bars that connect the seat and the back of the chair do not connect together correctly. The bars are crooked. I can not put one screw in because it won't align up.

Fake review from a competitor who can't find a legitimate means to beat our stellar customer service and four decades of providing furniture to hundreds of thousands of happy homes and businesses.

My wife and I purchase some bedroom furniture in May. When opening the furniture several of the handles for the drawers were missing. We immediately contact the company. Will be October on Thursday and we are still getting the run around about why we have not gotten the replacement handles. It's never Eurways fault, alway the the suppliers issue. The handles are out of stock. There is conflict in the country we get our supplies from. Its continuous with them. I would not purchase a thing from them again. Their representative Melody is a joke. She keeps saying short delay and when I send harsher emails I just don't hear back from them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THE CONSUMER.

Will never deal with Eurway again The stools we ordered arrived and they were really poorly made. There was some damage that had occurred (Poor workmanship really) Just not as they were advertised. The worst thing was the giant sticker on each stool stating that they were made with a known carcinogen! So we contacted customer service and were told they would take them back but they would charge us 20% for shipping them to us and another 20% for the return shipping. We are still trying to resolve this.

This is the problem with reviews...this issue was FULLY RESOLVED to the customer's satisfaction, but this one-star review lives on in perpetuity, hurting Eurway.com's reputation. Here's what transpired: 12/22/14 We received returned stools at our Fulfillment Center. We refunded customer's credit card and emailed confirmation of refund to customer. 11/25/14 We told customer we are OK to pay for return shipping, we will waive outbound reimbursement, give full refund upon receipt back and confirmed doing so by email.
