I have not yet received my item but wanted to share how impressed I am with their customer service. Su has followed up with me many times about the shipment date of my order, an item I purchased months ago but could not take immediate delivery of. She has gone above and beyond what might be expected and I would not hesitate to deal with this company again in the future. Thank you Su!

I placed an order multiple days ago for an expensive desk. Despite Eureka charging my credit card immediately, they never send me an order confirmation email. I called customer support to look into this, and she said they had no record of my order despite my providing all my biographic info -- and if they cannot find it to basically dispute it with my credit card company. What a headache. She had no interest in going the extra mile to resolve this issue for a first-time customer. UPDATE: I called their customer service line again the next day after receiving no responses to my email(s). Thankfully, I got a different agent as I hoped! He was much more friendly, supportive, and eager to resolve my issue. We ended up finding out that there was an error with the email on file and he was able to send me my order confirmation/tracking. Hopefully, shipping won't take too long, but I was impressed with the helpfulness of the agent I spoke with today. Great job correcting the error and for owning up to the prior negative experience with the other agent. Much appreciated!

I spent a fair amount of time shopping around for a desk that could convert from sitting to standing throughout the day. There were many companies advertised but Eureak Ergonomic caught my eye with their designs. I found a desk that would work with my office space and still provide the features I needed. I ordered it and then received tracking updates once it shipped. However, I noticed I had accidentally ordered the wrong color as the desk was in transit. Completely my own error. I decided to reach out to see if there was any way I could switch to the correct color. Erika responded and was able to work with me to find a solution. She was always professional, fast, and polite, making the whole process easier. I really appreciated their commitment to excellence and their understanding of my mistake; not all companies are as helpful. These desks are a significant investment, but I highly recommend choosing this company, you will not be disappointed.

I bought the Eureka Ergonomic standing desk last December. After building the desk, I noticed discoloration in the wood 'veneer' and asked for a replacement. Rather than a replacement, they offered to give a 50% discount. Now less than a year later, the edge of the desk where I sit is wearing away exposing particle board... They were going to send me a replacement but reversed their decision when they realized they already discounted the desk by 50%. The quality of the wood is poor and they don't stand behind their product. I.filed a complaint with the BBB. Stay away!

I had an issue with my Typhoon chair that came in damaged. They got it taken care of and ended up sending me a whole new back for my chair. It was kind of a beating to send them video of the issue and the back an forth. But all in all, they were great to deal with. Very professional and took care of everything. Great customer service. Great chair. I would buy from them again.

The staff went out of their way to to help me in every way possible. I will continue to buy from Eureka furniture and pass the word along to my friends. Thanks guys.
