I purchased their 72"x23" aero wing desk off facebook and I wanted to purchase a new full tabletop mousepad for the surface as the one that was with the desk I bought was worn out.
I couldn't find a new one on their website, so i reached out to their customer support. They asked for the order number or the receipt before they would help me. I explained that I didn't have any of that information as the desk was purchased second hand.
I was informed that because i didn't have that information they wouldn't be able to help me get any parts.
"For safety and quality reasons, we can only provide replacement parts to verified customers with proof of purchase. Without verification, we cannot guarantee compatibility, safe usage, or proper installation."
I guess they really don't want business. I was just looking for a replacement mousepad for one of their best selling desks.

eureka ergonomic serene low quality leather
I have had the eureka ergonomic serene for just on 7 months. Unfortunately the leather if it is leather is a very poor quality. It is becoming sticky at the back and cleaning with a good leather cleaner and moisturiser isn't fixing it. This started within just under 6 months. You can see dust sticking to the sticky part in photos. I compare this to one of my cars which has nappa leather seats and is 23 years old and has done 300000 kms and the seats are still great. I also have another car with leather seats, leather lounges and dining chairs all over 15 years old and I have never seen this. There are no visible leather grains, it's perfectly uniform, no leather smell, also dropping a drop of water on to it shows no signs of absorbing rather it pools on top, these are common tests to confirm genuine leather. So even if it is leather the quality is very poor, leather is supposed to be durable including nappa ie my nappa leather car seats, and every other leather seat I have ever had or seen just not this one.
Also the armrests have no padding.
The middle of the back rest has a stitching line across it which is a bit noticeable and also reduces comfort.
If the leather was comparable to any other leather seats I own I'd give it 3 stars but with the quality as is it's a 1 star, and below what I'd expect for $1300.
Update 19/03/2026
I reached out to eureka support, with my purchase details, I bought this from harvey norman. (please check their web site to see my photos) after several days, they said I had to go via harvey norman. I contacted harvey norman and they went back to eureka. After several more days I got this response
"After reviewing the situation with our supplier, we’ve been advised that this type of wear is typically the result of usage conditions rather than a manufacturing defect. As such, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a replacement or repair under warranty."
So sitting on a chair apparently is a usage condition which invalidates a warranty.
Think carefully about the risk the warranty either won't be honoured or they will charge a 20-25% restocking fee, as well as a large packing fee if you don't keep your packaging for 2 years and maybe a damage fee as well.
I also had a review and photos on the eurekaergonomic.com website, which they removed.

Hi Jason,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
That said, we haven’t received any prior warranty claim or service request related to these concerns, and we’re currently unable to locate an order associated with this review. We’d really like to look into this further to understand what may be happening.
The Serene chair is covered by a 2 year limited warranty, and the leather used on this model has been in production for over three years with strong customer feedback. The issues you described are not typical of this product, which is why we’d like the opportunity to verify the purchase and review the condition directly.
Please reach out to us at [email protected]
with your order number and a few photos of the chair. Once we have that information, our team will investigate promptly and work with you toward a resolution.
We stand behind our products and are here to help.

I have had a terrible experience with…
I have had a terrible experience with Eureka Ergonomic. I purchased a $700 desk chair. When deciding to buy this chair, I reviewed their recommended height on their website, which they recommended up to 6'. Since I'm only 5'8", I figured it would fit me fine. This was important, especially since the chair had a fixed headrest. Upon receipt of this chair, it became quickly clear that this chair's headrest sat much lower than it should. This chair was terribly uncomfortable to sit in as the headrest stuck into my back. I left this review on their website, but noticed it did not show up. When you see these 5 star reviews, it's important that you know they suppress critical reviews.
I contacted them and questioned the height recommendation. They told me the chair was only recommended up to 5'6". I explained to them their website says 6'. They then say, "that's what they meant". It sits how it sits and If I wanted to return it, they were going to charge me $255 to ship it back (unless I had the original package). Which I did not.
The chair weighs close to 90lbs and came in a big box. I did not have a place to store the box, so I discarded it. I made this clear to them and asked them to send a package I could ship the chair back in. They ignored my request which I made via telephone and email.
Even though they were going to charge me $255, decided to return it. I packaged it and they had Fedex pick it up. Upon return, they emailed me and told me the chair was damaged in shipping they they've decided to take an additional $198.90 of my money for a total of $423.99 to return the $700 chair.
You can't trust they're recommendations on their website. If they get called out, they suppress critical reviews. If you try to return something, THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! I am now working with my financial institution to get a refund.

Hi Mike,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry the chair did not meet your comfort expectations.
A few clarifications for transparency:
- Headrest design / modification request
For this model, the headrest and backrest are an integrated structure and are not designed to be removed or redrilled. We advised against modification for safety and structural reasons.
- Recommended height information
The product page shows “5'3-6',” meaning 5 feet 3 inches up to 6 feet. That guideline is intended to help customers choose a fit, but comfort can still vary based on posture, seating preference, and body proportions.
- Return packaging & fees (explained before return)
When you informed us that the original carton was no longer available, we still arranged a return option, including carrier pickup from your home. We also disclosed in advance that returns shipped in non-original packaging would have return shipping deducted from the refund.
- Condition upon arrival
After the return arrived, our warehouse inspection found significant shipping damage and missing hardware, which made the chair unsellable. Per our return policy, additional deductions were applied for the damaged/missing parts, and photos were provided in the ticket.
That said, we are happy to review the photos and packing details again and also evaluate whether a carrier claim is feasible based on how the item was packaged and shipped. Please contact our support team directly with your order email so we can keep your personal information private.

Worst delivery service I've every…
Worst delivery service I've every experienced in my life. The dlivery team they use was literally at my building but would not listen to instructions about pulling up to the loading dock to complete the delivery. They DID NOT understand english and tried to make it seem like it was our fault they couldn't understand simple instructions. They ended up leaving without dropping off our package.
Response from Eureka ErgonomicJan 3, 2026
Hi Trinity,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this delivery caused.
After reviewing the delivery records and speaking directly with the carrier, we understand that the delivery team contacted you approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival. During that call, the delivery location was redirected to a different street, and the team proceeded based on that instruction. Subsequently, they were asked to return to the original address; however, due to route and scheduling constraints, they were unable to do so at that time.
We understand how upsetting it is when a delivery does not go as planned, especially when time and coordination are involved. While this appears to have been a situation caused by conflicting instructions rather than intent or effort, that does not lessen the inconvenience you experienced.
This matter has been escalated with the carrier’s hub management for internal review to help prevent similar issues in the future. Our customer support team is also available and would be glad to assist directly with next steps or resolution options.
We appreciate your feedback, as it always helps us and our partners improve.
Kind regards,
Eureka Ergonomic Customer Support Team

I purchased a Galine Executive office…
I purchased a Galine Executive office chair. It's small, very uncomfortable, and the arm rests are too small.
Their return policy is cost prohibitive, and therefore it is, in effect, a no return policy, which is not seen on their website, unless you dig into the fine print. I posted two negative reviews on the "Eureka's Ergonomics Reviews" site, but neither was posted, which makes me very skeptical about all of their reviews.

Hi Vince,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're really sorry to hear that the chair didn't work well for your back. Comfort is personal, and we understand how frustrating it can be when something doesn't feel right for you.
To provide clarity for anyone looking into our policies, our Return & Refund Policy is available on our website under the Support section:
https://eurekaergonomic.com/pages/returns-refunds
These guidelines follow common industry practice, since products that have been shipped or assembled can’t be resold as new. To maintain quality for all our customers, returned items require new packaging, replacement of used parts, and a careful inspection process, which involves significant resources. We do this to ensure every customer receives a truly brand-new product.
Our team also connected with you by phone, and we understood the discomfort you were experiencing. Even though the chair was not defective, we genuinely tried to find solutions because your comfort matters to us. If you'd like us to take another look at your case, we're more than happy to continue the conversation.
You can always reach us at
[email protected]
Thank you again for your feedback. We take all feedback seriously, and it helps us continue improving with care.
Warm regards,
Eureka Ergonomic Customer Support Team

Horrible company to deal with, awful customer service
What a nightmare! Placed a large order and they flagged it as fraudulent because apparently my IP address came from a town nearby, vs my mailing address. Like I had any control over it. Then, dealing with their customer service. What a joke - they couldn't get inventory availability for almost a week. After wasting who knows how many hours trying to jump through hoops to get the info verified, being told it's been released for shipping... they said they couldn't verify my payment. Meanwhile, money was taken out of my account.
Imagine this: fraudulent 12 piece order, being shipped to residence? What kind of dumb criminal would do that? Literally: take my money. EE: durrrr...
Now I'm waiting for my refund, which I'm sure will take ages. But looks like I dodged a bullet here - I cannot imagine how terrible their "customer service" would have been if I had an actual product issues.

Still Waiting on Desk
Multiple rescheduled appointments and delays. It has been nearly one month with very little relief available. The carrier that they contract with is inconsistent and often conveys differing messages depending on whom you are speaking with at the time. More headache than it is worth.

Defective product. Horrible customer service.
I bought a chair which arrived defective. I returned the chair but the supplier issue 50% refund and is refusing to issue a full refund without any legitimate reason.
Very disappointing product and horrible customer service.
