There was a little confusion at first on what day the recliner I ordered would arrive, but once set, it arrived on time and the delivery men were upbeat and friendly. Emil at Eureka kept me informed during the process, and the delivery company, Metropolitan, did as well. ** In the description of the chair, it said assembly was necessary... and a couple reviews said it was difficult to do and were missing a couple pieces. So I chose the White Glove Service, which would send someone to assemble the chair after it arrived. However, when it got here, the huge oversize chair was fully assembled other than my sons attaching the top piece to the bottom piece (10 seconds) and attaching the cord for the raise/lower button assembly (1-2 minutes). The optional assembly was canceled and the fee promptly refunded. I am happy with my purchase and delivery experience.

The RGB lights are vibrant, though I do wish there were a few more color options to choose from.

I placed an order multiple days ago for an expensive desk. Despite Eureka charging my credit card immediately, they never send me an order confirmation email. I called customer support to look into this, and she said they had no record of my order despite my providing all my biographic info -- and if they cannot find it to basically dispute it with my credit card company. What a headache. She had no interest in going the extra mile to resolve this issue for a first-time customer. UPDATE: I called their customer service line again the next day after receiving no responses to my email(s). Thankfully, I got a different agent as I hoped! He was much more friendly, supportive, and eager to resolve my issue. We ended up finding out that there was an error with the email on file and he was able to send me my order confirmation/tracking. Hopefully, shipping won't take too long, but I was impressed with the helpfulness of the agent I spoke with today. Great job correcting the error and for owning up to the prior negative experience with the other agent. Much appreciated!

Delivered the wrong chair but were very efficient in solving the issue. Great service and very attentive!

I had issues with the chair backrest just randomly collapsing and dropping to its lowest point. Fortunately, I bought it on Amazon! I wrote a product review, and an Eureka employee said I should contact them directly. Which I did, 6 days ago. No response so far. Luckily, I contacted Amazon and showed them the same video proof I had sent Eureka, and they instantly refunded me. After a long while and a back and forth with a support person that person hat contacted me over Amazon, I was provided with a brand new chair that cost 2x of the initial chair that I bought. It a shame a shame that I had to go down like this, but it shows that the company still employs people who genuinely care about their customers.

Great desk, very solid. One thing I would like to have is the ability to purchase two more riser desks to go across the middle which is why I dropped it one star.

The idea of the product is great and I like how the end result came out. The only thing I'm being critical of is the finished strength of the product. My PC case is heavy, and thus when I try to move it, you can feel around where the screws are tightened that the stand isn't super durable. Then again, I only paid $100 for this (I believe so... could be wrong), and for the price I think it's still a very nice product. If your PC isn't too heavy, I would def recommend this.

The assembly was very easy! The instructions are clear, and the provided tools was helpful. The desks work great for being ergonomic. My only problem is with the LED lights. The plastic parts to hold the LED strip is not at all effective at holding it in place, and the holes were too shallow to even screw the screws in. I had a similar problem with the ED71 standing desk. The screws to screw in the controller to adjust the desk height are not at all fitted to the holes. They will rip the desk if I try to screw them further in than very shallow, so one of the screws even fell out... Overall I'm happy, I just wish the construction was improved for the small electronic parts like the buttons and the LED lights, since I can't install them properly like this.
