The lights on my gaming desk gave out, but customer service sent the parts I needed. Their support was fantastic!

The Curio Cabinet with Adjustable Shelves was promptly shipped and arrived in a timely manner. I'm giving 4 stars for the quality of the item and 5 stars for the excellent customer service I received. The cabinet components were of a decent quality that one would expect for the price, with some minor design features that probably could be better (just my opinion). Assembly was relativity straight forward for this type of item. I did have an issue with a couple of parts arriving damaged but this issue was promptly taken care of and the replacement parts shipped and arrived within a couple of days. The customer service I received from the team led by Su was excellent and the best I've experienced in a long time for the type of issue I had. Overall my experience so far related to the curio cabinet purchase from Eureka Ergonomic has been very positive.

I bought a chair which arrived defective. I returned the chair but the supplier issue 50% refund and is refusing to issue a full refund without any legitimate reason. Very disappointing product and horrible customer service.

Customer Service team led by Erika came thru for us on an office chair we love but failed in one important feature. The team worked fast and.got the part to us across the country in no time. Now it is perfect.

First off, I had my eye on the E70 desk for 4-5 years, but I finally pulled the trigger & couldn’t be happier that I did. The product is of great quality & even though I had a problem with the wood top when mounting a monitor arm on it, they immediately replaced the part that broke without question & I had the replacement part free of cost within 3 days of making the claim!!! Amazing company, highly recommend them & will happily be doing business was with them again!

I was a little weary at first because the price was a little much for me but I must say their customer service and the quality for that matter are top notch. When I first received my desk, the table top of it was chipped. I reached out to customer service and they were super responsive and very helpful! I got my replacement part very quick and once my desk was fully installed I must say it is very heavy and all the pieces seemed to be of great quality. I've only been using it for a few days so I can't say for longevity but I'm hopeful that it will hold up for years to come.

Received damaged chair and company only offered to refund less than half of the purchase price. After months of back-and-forth and disputing the charge with my credit card company, Eureka offered a full refund if I canceled the dispute. After canceling the dispute they denied ever offering a full refund. Be aware they are a dishonest company and will try to charge you even if they ship a damaged product. Their website has only glowing reviews because they remove all of the negative reviews.
