The chair I bought from Eureka Ergonomics had some assembly issues because the holes and frame did not quite line up properly. So my review of the chair was negative. The Eureka Ergonomics Customer Service team responded to my review right away. Their responsive communication was a surprising and pleasant experience. I detailed my complaints and told them I would either like another chair (same model) sent to me or apply a fair monetary credit back to my account. They applied the requested credit amount straight away without quibbling and without delay. I'm still in the market for more office furniture and when I'm ready, Eureka Ergonomics will be the first company I'll consider buying from because their customer service team (Raymond) listened to my complaint, took it seriously, and provided a solution that gave me satisfaction. This type of excellent customer service is a rarity these days, but Eureka Ergonomics delivered on their promises.

I purchased a new ergonomic chair that came with a bad wheel out of the box (slightly bent axle that caused wheel cap to pop off when rolled). Called customer service and they arranged to have a replacement set of wheels shipped immediately! After a few days for shipping later, I received the new set and replaced the bad wheel! Thanks again for the great customer service!

Eureka stands behind their price match guarantee! I ordered several desks about 10 days ago, then saw they had gone on sale. I sent an email to customer service- within 48 hours they had confirmed a refund would be issued to my card. 5 stars for quality customer service!

We purchased 2 chairs from Eureka Ergonomic and overall, we are very happy with them! The chairs arrived on time and were easy to assemble. One of the chairs had a small rip in the seat, so we reached out to their customer service and they were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and quick to resolve the issue by sending a replacement seat immediately. Great experience from start to finish, and the chairs are very comfortable and well made.

I purchased a desk from Eureka Ergonomic a little over a year ago. I love it! While it came ready to assemble, I was very impressed by the quality of the components and the ease of assembly. It did take my husband and I about 1-2 hours to assemble, but no swearing entered the experience. Yesterday the controller that controls the up/down hydraulics locked itself, probably because I had gotten something sticky on it. I was unable to reset it based on the online instruction, but when I called customer service, they immediately answered with no hold time, quickly located my original purchase, and then asked me to follow up with an email for the technical team. The next morning, I had a video from the technical team showing me how to reset, and it worked! I truly appreciated how easy it was to get help and how responsive they were. Especially given how reasonable the original purchase price was, I truly appreciate the high touch technical support.

Phenomenal experience talking with customer service to fix my broken desk. They sent me a repair leg quickly and efficiently!

Purchased on Amazon; Aerowing Desk; was easy to put together and I have been using it full time for work (at home). I did get the white desk with light white for mouse pad and the desk pad. I would strongly recommend not getting the light version! It picked up every stain, I tried cleaning up coffee spills etc and nothing worked. I reached out to the company and asked for a replacement in black. The shipping cost more than the replacement pads; that was the only thing I was unhappy about. But I do LOVE the new black pads. They were quick to respond and I would recommend this desk to anyone.
