I wanted to take a moment to highly commend Christine from the Euhomy customer service team. Dealing with appliance issues can often be frustrating, but Christine made the entire process of getting my frozen drinks maker replaced incredibly easy and positive. From the very first interaction, Christine was genuinely polite, professional, and empathetic. She listened patiently, clearly understood my issue, and efficiently walked me through the necessary steps. She didn't just fix the problem; she made me feel valued as a customer. Thanks to Christine's prompt and helpful assistance, my machine replacement was handled swiftly and smoothly. It is rare to encounter such excellent customer care today. Christine is a huge asset to the Euhomy brand, and because of her, I am a very satisfied customer. Thank as million times, Christine! Five Stars is not enough!

They were super helpful when my mini fridge was having and issue. They were quick to respond and very nice.

We purchased a water dispenser from Euhomy and encountered an issue with the cold water feature. Euhomy Customer Service was very responsive and helpful. After a couple of emails back and forth, they offered to replace the unit. We are very pleased with the customer service we received.

I had some issues with the ice machine breaking down, but they promptly replaced it and made it right!

Update to this review—-Euhomy customer service once they got back with me and I did find out they only work Mon-Friday. So I have to say maybe the weekend was why they didn’t get back to me in 24 hours. That being said they have sent a replacement out and it should arrive Friday. Once they sent me the email they were replacing my maker. It shipped within 24 hours. They are shipping it via fed ex. So I have adjusted the review to five stars from 2. The ice maker is amazing and works on the very same basis as the high dollar one. We loved ours until it quit. I am crossing my fingers the new replacement will work longer than 2 months. It is definitely a very nice maker. And ours kept the ice that was made once bucket was full for a good while. We used the ice all throughout the day. It makes the ice fairly quick once it starts. I would put the excess into freezer bags in the freezer for later use. If you like the concept of the high dollar brand out there. You will love the Euhomy 2025 nugget icemaker. As I said it resembles the high dollar brand and works on the very same basis. As I stated in the review my daughter has one of those and we compared notes. Thank you Eugene customer service for helping me with courteous kind responses. So if you have one of the euhomy products and start to have issues. Reach out to customer service before you just trash your item. They have amazing warranties on their items. Have a great day. If your in the market for an icemaker or any of their products. Give them a try. Your wallet will be thankful. You and your family will be very happy too because they will have the good ice as we call it. It really makes the amount of ice they say in 24 hour period. Again I don’t regret buying the Eugene now more than ever as they do have a year warranty on them. They replaced my maker with no issues. I just had to show my receipt of purchase and the model no and serial number. I purchased my maker from the tik tok shop on a sale. So it doesn’t matter where it’s purchased. Just keep your receipt. I would buy another one bc as long as the one being replaced worked it worked amazing. Old review: I bought the 2025 Euhomy nugget icemaker that is a cheaper alternative to the big brand. I purchased September 4, 2025. Received September 8,2025. As far as how fast they get the product out; they did amazing. It is the length of time the maker worked that is the problem and their customer service. It worked amazing up untiltwo weeks ago. The making ice light started blinking and the maker stopped making ice. I did the cleaning and reset several times. It didn’t fix it. Reached out to the customer service. They advised to send email with my receipt of purchase and the model and serial numbers. So I sent two emails with a copy of the purchase receipt and a photo of the back of the ice maker with the model no and serial number. I have not heard from the company at all. The ice maker when it was working properly was amazing. My daughter has the high dollar brand one and before the Euhomy stopped working properly it worked just like it. So if they could have customer service that would get back with you bc they told me to send the email with the information. Which I did Twice. Yet Still no replies. The ice maker is an amazing ice-maker for way less than the other brand. Works the same. I loved how the ice didn’t melt right off if I didn’t use it or bag it. It made plenty for the family. The Euhomy basket is smaller than the high dollar brand one but it works on the same basis and as good. My daughter and I compared notes. She actually loved the Euhomy ice my maker made better. Said it’s more chewy. Personally I couldn’t tell a difference except the size of the ice nuggets. If I could just get mine back to working or replaced I would give the company five stars. Heck I would give it ten stars bc we loved the ice maker. I used my birthday money to purchase it. If anything changes with customer service I will come back and revise my review. I will say if you get one without the glitches or issues. You will have an amazing ice maker. It resembles the high dollar one and the amount of ice it makes quickly is on point. It does keep ice before melting for a nice amount of time. We usually use the ice quickly or bag it but most of the days we just scoop it out of the bucket for use. I just want mine to work again. Two months is not a lot of use for an ice maker.

Bought a ice maker on Amazon in May 2025, it just recently stopped working, got a hold of the company, they made it right, they are sending me a new ice maker, get company to work with. Thank you for the great service
