The handles on our new wine/beverage fridge can not be installed. The instructions do not match the product we received. Can't seem to reach their customer service on the phone, and have resorted to an email. I spoke with Amazon, and I will request a return if the company can not fix the issue. UPDATE 11/17/25 The company responded courteously and quickly, and has promised to send a replacement. I will update this again when it arrives, but so far they’re on their way to 5 stars. I’m impressed with their customer service, by both text and email. UPDATE 11/22/25 Just as promised, our replacement fridge arrived yesterday. I was so impressed! EUHOMY has exceeded every expectation with their amazing customer service. We love the fridge and we wouldn’t hesitate doing business with them in the future. I’d like to give them 10 stars! Awesome product. Super reliable and very user friendly. The quality of it is very noticeable as it is clearly made of good materials and looks like it will last a long time. I purchased for traveling. It cools quickly and keeps everything at the exact temperature I set.

The ice maker I purchased stopped working, I contacted euhomy and they replaced it with ease. Stella helped me throughout the process, was kind and patient. I really appreciate her help. Not many companies have this great customer care.

***UPDATE 11 months later. Health and safety warning. Please read!!!! After using this for the last 11 months it has now developed an issue whereby the water was getting very dirty. It should have “auto cleaning” but something wasn’t right. It turns out this has been shedding metal shavings from the inner workings, into the water and therefore the ice too!!! Amazon said this is a health and safety concern but the manufacturer is saying they take no responsibility as it’s out of warranty. Be very very careful about this! ***

I received a Car refrigerator for a gift. Upon opening it, I found that it did not work at all. I reached out via their website and the situation is still not resolved! I also called their 800 number two days ago, and upon waiting 30 minutes they sent me to voicemail. Still waiting on return call after they said it would be only 24 hours. I have repeatedly told them it was a gift and I do not have access to the order number, but in everyone of the return emails they keep asking for an order number!! I am not looking for any money, I just want a working unit!
