I love the ice however it goes through a lot of water. I’m having to refill the tank very frequently. I’m just used to my old ice maker I suppose. It would recycle the ice when melted so I didn’t have to add water as often as I am now. But other than that, I’m satisfied with it.

No were in the item details does it mention leaving a giant hole in each cube from the rod the ice freezes around, yet every ball has a giant hole in it. They come out white even with purified water and start melting so fast. Definitely do not recommend.

Very happy with this purchase. Makes ice quickly. The ice is slow to melt. I turn off machine around 9:00 pm and I have still had ice left in basket when I got up which would have been around 9:00am. Great purchase and would recommend this brand to anyone.
