Thank you for the fair and measured way you've raised this — and for acknowledging that you can't recall exactly how long passed before you ordered. That said, we don't think the timing of your order is really the point here. When a cleaning cartridge is flagged by the machine as needed, the printer can't run without it, so any delay in that order translates directly into downtime for you. A wait that would be a minor inconvenience for most purchases is a production stoppage for this one, and we'd like to treat it with that in mind. We're sorry the delivery took longer than you expected. Your feedback has been passed to the team responsible for consumable fulfilment — the speed of replacement parts is something we need to keep improving, particularly for items the machine can't operate without. We know accurate alignment is fundamental to getting good results, and it's not something we'd want you to work around. If you can describe what's going wrong — whether it's the registration marks not being detected, alignment drifting, or calibration failing to complete — that helps us identify whether it's a setting we can fix with you now or a software issue to address.
