I read the reviews on this site after placing my order and was horrified. Turns out, the experience I had ordering from Billabong Canada was completely fine. I placed my order for a wetsuit on Oct 1st. I got an email on Oct 2nd saying it had shipped. It arrived on Oct 14th. I live in Victoria, BC, Canada. The UPS tracking didn't update until it got into Canada, so I didn't know its status until Oct 13th. That was the only downside. But between raging wildfires and a global pandemic, I'd say this is pretty good. Temper your expectations and you will be fine. A note -- Visa Debit payments will go through initially, but then they will be rejected. I tried this before placing my final order. I called customer service three times and all three times they picked up immediately, no hold.

Die mit Abstand beschissenste Entität EVER! Schon schlimm genug, dass kein Retour Aufkleber mit dabei ist und man 17,99€ selbst zahlen darf! NEIN! Zudem unterschlägt Billabong oder deren Mitarbeiter auch noch die zurückgesendeten SACHEN! Was zum F...?! In 2020 einen Kundenservice wie in Uganda zu haben ist schon eine Leistung! Mafia am Start. Habe hier gelesen, dass es nicht zum ersten Mal vorkam. So kann man natürlich auch Geld machen! Finger WEG! Auf deren Seite kann keine Kontaktaufnahme stattfinden! Wenn ihr eingeloggt seid, dann kann man keine Auftragsnummer eintragen. Die Zeile ist einfach Blank und blockiert. Wenn ihr auf den Bolzen kommt denen unangemeldet zu schreiben und den Fehler zu umgehen, tja dann habt ihr mit Billabong nicht gerechnet! Dann gibt er ein Fehler an, dass das Text-Feld beschrieben sein muss! LACH MICH TOT! Die wollen gar keine Nachricht von euch! So schaut es aus! BETRÜGER FINGER WEG! Werde jetzt versuchen über Paypal mein Geld zurück zu holen! PS: Paypal diese Heuchler mit ihrem Käuferschutz könnt ihr getrost in nen Drescher kloppen! Das kümmert die gar nicht. Es kommt nur die Ausrede: "...leider ablehnen, da es nicht unseren Kriterien für Abrechnungskonflikte entspricht". Eine Mafia wie die andere :-) Seht ihr was ich sehe? Hier kann man ganz offensichtlich unbehelligt gut betrügen. Über Paypal. Schickt ne Menge Ware an die Leute die bei euch kaufen und wenn sie was retournieren, dann sagt ein Teil ist nicht angekommen und schreibt ihnen nur einen Teil gut und ihr seid fein raus! Da Paypal das schützt und unterstützt! Indem es die nicht wurmt. Da man das Geld über Paypal gesendet hat, kann man sich sein Geld auch nicht einfach wiederholen, da man sonst Paypal an den hacken hat! Drechsverein alle beide! Finger weg! Werde mein Paypal Account hiernach löschen. Habe noch mal an die Vernunft der Billabong Vögel appelliert. Mal schauen was da noch kommt. Aber wenn ich mir die Kommentare hier so durchlese, wird gar nichts kommen! Grüße aus Bremen

Mir wurde ein kaputter Pullover gesendet und der Kundenservice reagiert seit Wochen nicht. PayPal hilft auch nicht weiter, da Billabong dort angibt man solle die Sachen auf eigene Kosten ins Ausland schicken. Nie wieder Billabong!

Ich dachte der Billabong Shop ist wie jeder Online Händler. Falsch gedacht. 2 T-Shirts und eine Boardshort bestellt, aber nur ein T-Shirt passt. Der Retoure Aufkleber ist kein wirklicher Retoure sondern nur ein Adress Aufkleber. Den Shop mehrfach angeschrieben keine Antwort erhalten. Den Rückversand muss man selbst zahlen. Mindestens 10€ nach Belgien. Das war definitiv das einzige und letzte Mal bei billabong.de. oder billabong.eu Absolut schlechter Shop. Nicht drauf reinfallen. Dann doch wieder Amazon, eBay, zalando und Co.

Items appearing on the website for purchase may not actually be available. I placed an order for an item and it was canceled, Billabong saying it was out of stock. The website said nothing about it being out of stock. When I contacted customer service, they said to go ahead and order it again as it looked like it was in stock. I ordered it again and it was canceled again because it’s out of stock. The item is still appearing as available to purchase on the website. Now I have a bathing suit top with no matching bottom. Very frustrating!!

Clothes are good if a bit overpriced. Do not bother with any online orders from them, they don't tell you until after you've ordered that the delivery times shown at purchase are well off (i understand post in general is having delays with covid but it feels dishonest to code that message to appear after youve already paid rather than before). This is especially annoying because im not interested in ordering from anywhere in victoria at the moment as i dont have the money to wait until the parcel makes its way through the VIC covid backlog before i get my refund if i want to return anything. Had i known this i would have ordered elsewhere which is no doubt exactly why they chose to do it like that. You have to pay for your own returns and there's no lodging them online or anything to give you proof you've returned them. Not even a paper returns slip. Should have double checked returns policy before hand but i really didn't think any stores still operated like this past 2013. Save yourself the headache and order from literally any other store that does free and easy returns

It's impossible to get hold of them, by phone or message. No reply. I bought a few wetsuits for my girlfriend to try and get a good fit. BAD IDEA. I now have to pay loads for international return postage. In future we'll just use retail shops and try stuff on. And probably not billabong, if we had any issues I can't imagine how it would ever get sorted. Shame because their stuff is decent- hence the extra star.

Update: I escalated to paypal, once paypal sent a message the emails started to fly in from Billabong. Items have now been delivered. But why does it have to go to paypal for action to be taken... Only reason 3 star, the items ordered are amazing. All i can really say, good thing i placed order on paypal. I am getting my refund, over 15 emails no one replies. Really upset and annoyed. Billabong, its easy to take money right....
