Eu BillabongReviews of eu.billabong.com

Ordered a bikini set. They allowed me to purchase bottoms that were sold out so now stuck with just a top with not matching bottoms. They want to charge me for the return label and I don’t even have a printer to print the return label out. I shouldn’t have to pay for their screw up!

Slow delivery (it came from Europe which wasn't apparent when ordering Return was expensive as had to pay international postage After return made, could not get ANY response from customer service. Still waiting to hear

The customer service said "it takes 7 business days for UPS to update. since it has shipped out, i can't refund nor reship". so i said "... it's been 9 days. did it REALLY ship out of warehouse?" then she offered me refund. thanks, but... I prob won't purchase from them again. too slow. They say it's because of pandemic, but Billabong is NOT a small company, and other brands like UO or EXPRESS have been shipping without any problem. so I'm not sure why they're really slow?

No other company took over 3 weeks to get me my order. Their process is lengthy and unprofessional. I will definitely not buy Billabong again only due to their bad customer experience in shipping

GOOD AFTERNOON, I STILL YET TO HEAR FROM ANYONE! OVER THE WEEKEND THAT HAS JUST GONE BY 8TH AUGUST 2020.I PLACED AN ORDER OF A SLEEVELESS SPRING SUIT SIZE 10. I THEN GOT AN EMAIL YESTERDAY THAT ALL OF A SUDDEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS AS I WAS MEANT TO BE TAKING IT WITH ME THIS WEEK!!!!!!! BUT GUESS WHAT. HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT. NO REASON AS TO WHY? NO PHONE CALL? NO APOLOGY! I THEN CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED ON HERE ONLY TO FIRST OF ALL WAIT 15MINS THEN SECONDLY THE STAFF MEMBER WAS EVER SO RUDE! SO MUCH ATTUIDE ALL BECAUSE I ASKED WHY HAS IT BEEN CANCELLED AND COULDNT GIVE ME ANY REASON AS TO WHY? I ASKED "SO WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY", GOT TOLD TO KEEP CHECKING MY BANK AND SHE DOESN'T KNOW! WAS TOLD OVER THE WEEKEND THEY DO NOT CHECK, THEY ALSO DO NOT UPDATE THEIR WEBSITE,WHY ADVERTISE SOMETHING YOU DON'T HAVE? I TOLD THE PERSON OVER THE PHONE I AM LOOKING AT THE WEBSITE NOW WHICH WAS IN THE AFTERNOON YESTERDAY AND THERE IS A SIZE 10. I WAS TOLD TO ORDER BUT THERE IS NO GUARANTEE? I MEAN, WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT? I ASKED SO I MUST JUST ORDER IT AND WAIT AND SEE IF I GET IT OR NOT? WAS TOLD "WELL IF THAT'S WHAT YOU WANT TO DO"? SO, WHERE DOES THAT LEAVE ME?

I bought very expensive bikini bottom from Billabong for my sea holiday this year. I fell in love with the print and the design and I was very excited to receive it as a gift for my birthday from myself to I. When I tried it on I wasn't sure if the piece would be comfy enough and if I looked sexy. I put it on the other day for the first time on the beach and I felt very comfortable. It was the perfect fit for my style! But today after a few washes I noticed that the fabric is damaged. Some things like small white snags appeared and it looks alwful...I feel so dissapointed as I really fell in love with the bikini!

I have tried several times to contact the company via email and phone. No luck. Bought three items. One out of three purchases were incorrect. And the other two didn’t fit. I returned it all and only got money back for to out of three. They don’t response to my emails with pictures of my original order and pictures of what they send me. I am so frustrated and all I seem to be left with is to share my negative experience.
