ET WoodcraftsReviews of etwoodcrafts.com

I had a great experience with ET Woodcrafts. I ordered a beautiful piece that is too special to just call it a wine shelf. It is a work of art. Every part of this experience from the value for what I received, to communicating with the craftsman as he created our piece, to how well it was packaged and shipped was top notch. I wanted something unique and my expectations were exceeded.

WOW! The vanity I ordered for my powder bath is even more stunning than I anticipated. The craftsmanship that went in to this piece of art is magnificent. The team communicated each step of the process with me for my approval before proceeding. I highly recommend treating yourself and your home to one of their masterpieces!

We ordered a vanity with a tree trunk base, 30"H x50"W x18"D. This is shown on their website with a vessel sink and faucet. The piece arrived and it's beautiful. However, there is only 5" of overhang between the back of the top, and the tree trunk pedestal support. Unless the sink is mounted to the right VS centered as shown on their website there is zero space to mount any reasonable size attractive vessel sink. The drain would need to be in the rear of the sink not in the center. Good luck mounting a faucet behind the sink. We were forced to order a new slab top, 60"x26" deep so we can mount a sink and finish our project. This was not cheap, and a big delay. In hindsight it would have been 1000 times less aggravating to have just returned the vanity.

Incredibly difficult to get proper communication. It wasn’t until I became very firm did they reply. First was told 3-5 weeks but table came in 12 weeks. I wondered many times if this company was legit but it turned out they are. Sent pictures but only after I was obv upset - then began to wonder if those pictures were of the table we would received. Researched ownership trying to reach someone but ownership is not publicly disclosed. It’s all frustrating and suspicious. We found the craftsmanship incredible - the artisans get all the credit for this company’s product but the business side needs massive improvements.

I really loved the pictures online and just designed my living room and entryway based off two pieces. I reached out to the company regarding a product question, and did not receive a response. I thought that it was odd, and the question was simple (how does the storage cabinet open?). I was suspicious the website didn't display the entire product, front/back, opened/closed and their lack of response and online reviews are revealing about the quality of the items. Last, I contacted their "hotline" but the number is disconnected. Sadly, I won't be ordering from them considering entry level customer service about products is non-existent.

Your website isn’t truthful enough regarding where the pieces are manufactured. I wanted a “made in the USA” product and saw your companies locations all in the US so I figured they were all made here! THEY ARE NOT

The coffee table is absolutely beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. ETW sent pictures once it was carved before staining to ensure it was the proper size and then after staining before shipping to confirm all was as expected. There was a custom fee sent to me by UPS but ETW covered that cost. Very happy with our purchase. :)

The assembly is complex. One board was chipped and needed repair. If I had known that the assembly was this complex, I wouldn't have bought this piece.
