Terrible craftsmanship, super shoddy cheap quality. Took months to arrive and was damaged. The only reason I didn’t give zero stars is that they provided a refund. Would RUN away from this company.

I bought the Modern Corner Wave Bookshelf but when it was delivered it looked NOTHING like the photo of what I ordered. It looks like a completely different, cheaper, model of bookshelf. ET Woodcrafts disputes that the bookshelf is different and has not replied to my request for a full refund or replacement. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I really loved the pictures online and just designed my living room and entryway based off two pieces. I reached out to the company regarding a product question, and did not receive a response. I thought that it was odd, and the question was simple (how does the storage cabinet open?). I was suspicious the website didn't display the entire product, front/back, opened/closed and their lack of response and online reviews are revealing about the quality of the items. Last, I contacted their "hotline" but the number is disconnected. Sadly, I won't be ordering from them considering entry level customer service about products is non-existent.

The assembly is complex. One board was chipped and needed repair. If I had known that the assembly was this complex, I wouldn't have bought this piece.

This company is deceiving. They are not US based company. The phone number is disconnected and if you google the addresses on the website. They are not the stores. The items come from Vietnam.

The photo I viewed on the website was very impressive the actual item not so much.The piece I received is very disappointing and not anywhere near the quality I was expecting.The end table looks so bad that I would be embarrassed to display it so I’m putting it in my garage.

I have not ordered anything despite the fact that I really like several of their pieces. They do not respond to email, phone calls, or texts. I'm not sure there's really a business in existence. After reading some of the other reviews, I will definitely look elsewhere for my furniture.

Ordered an executive desk from here. Paid a lot for it. Looks very clean in the pics, but the actual product looks like a clunky block you get from a discount store. Nothing like the picture. Certain parts that were pictured online were either removed from the design, like the wood support between the desk legs, or downgraded, like the metal supports on top of the drawers replaced with a big block of wood. I was expecting a desk that showcases professionalism and I got something I could have done in my garage. Deeply disappointed, will be requesting a refund.
