ET WoodcraftsReviews of etwoodcrafts.com

Overall good experience in the end

They made a stain color board for me and adjusted stain to what I asked for. Good communication !

I recently purchased a coffee table from ET Woodcrafts and could not be happier with my purchase. The coffee table is stunning! Ordering was easy and the company did an exceptional job of communicating with me on my order. I received updates throughout the process from when the table was being created to when it was being shipped, which I greatly appreciated. The piece I ordered is excepttional and I could not be happier with the finished product. I highly recommend this company!

Terrible craftsmanship, super shoddy cheap quality. Took months to arrive and was damaged. The only reason I didn’t give zero stars is that they provided a refund. Would RUN away from this company.

Great communication via email. Beautiful work. Thank you.

I received my vanity on time, professional company, helped in every details , showed me all the updates of the making of my vanity, great customer service, anytime I needed an explanation they were here to answer, loving my vanity and looking forward to order other items thank you for making it easy

The bench we ordered is beautiful and looks lovely in our home. It is extremely well crafted. ETW communicated with us throughout the process so we received regular updates. Delivery was smooth and the bench was packed very well. Overall, we are very happy with everything and plan to order floating shelves from ETW in the near future.

I bought the Modern Corner Wave Bookshelf but when it was delivered it looked NOTHING like the photo of what I ordered. It looks like a completely different, cheaper, model of bookshelf. ET Woodcrafts disputes that the bookshelf is different and has not replied to my request for a full refund or replacement. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
