We ordered a vanity with a tree trunk base, 30"H x50"W x18"D. This is shown on their website with a vessel sink and faucet. The piece arrived and it's beautiful. However, there is only 5" of overhang between the back of the top, and the tree trunk pedestal support. Unless the sink is mounted to the right VS centered as shown on their website there is zero space to mount any reasonable size attractive vessel sink. The drain would need to be in the rear of the sink not in the center. Good luck mounting a faucet behind the sink. We were forced to order a new slab top, 60"x26" deep so we can mount a sink and finish our project. This was not cheap, and a big delay. In hindsight it would have been 1000 times less aggravating to have just returned the vanity.

Your website isn’t truthful enough regarding where the pieces are manufactured. I wanted a “made in the USA” product and saw your companies locations all in the US so I figured they were all made here! THEY ARE NOT

In July/Aug 2026 I ordered a large coffee table. We appreciated the emails from the workshop showing us the wood as it was turned into the table top and legs, giving us a chance to request modifications, additional photos, etc. Once we gave approval, they shipped the product promptly and it arrived in only 7 days. I give this coffee table 5 stars for beauty and design, 3 stars for craftmanship, primarily because the finish on the wood is quite rough. Rough enough that a microfiber cloth does not glide easily over the surface. Their "hotline" for customer support gets 0 stars. I hadn't expected it to come from Viet Nam although I can't say I ever knew in advance just exactly where the furniture is produced. I'm not saying the website misrepresented anything but I did receive the impression of a US made product. My bad for not asking more questions! The exterior labeling referred to specific fumigation processes and "required" continuous video taping of the unboxing process, which was a sort of weird request. The two boxes were wood crates wrapped in multiple layers of plastic wrap with dozens of screws holding the lids. The table top came through perfectly. The base (in a separate box) had mildew/mold on it and palpable dampness in the shipping material although the finish on the wood appeared undamaged. When I called the customer service "hotline" for help in treating the mold/mildew, I got messages saying the line wasn't in service. When I tried the (likely AI) chatbox - I got no response except suggestions to contact customer assistance via email. I don't doubt that I'll get the mold/mildew taken care of, with or without the help of ETWoodcrafts, and that we will enjoy the look of the table. Nothing is going to address the roughness of the finish, which is a disappointment. For potential buyers - have realistic expectations - you're getting beautiful design produced to a "medium" finish levels in a tropical country, sort of a high end version of World Market or something. If you like the look and don't mind the price - go for it! Don't expect finely crafted furniture made in the US.

I purchased a coffee table. Upon arrival, the coffee table had a scratch and chip - In addition, the coffee table legs were not even by 1/2 inch and tilted sideways. ET Woodcraft gave me a $200 credit to have a furniture store repair scratch and chip. However, no remedy to fix the uneven legs. Very disappointed in a table that costs $2,000. If you have issues no way to return table since it is shipped from Vietnam. Follow up 8/17/26: Heard back from ET Woodcrafts and they are giving me an additional credit to pay to even the table. Appreciate the quick response to my review. Received $300 credit to fix the uneven legs.

Beautiful piece of furniture, but for the price, I was not expecting it to come in so many pieces requiring assembly. I also had to sand down some of the joiners in order to assemble the piece. Again, I’m happy I got it, but for the price, I was expecting better quality. I will not be purchasing from ET Woodworks again.

My table was lost initially, which delayed my order. Once it arrived, it was hard to line up pieces - still not lines up perfectly.

I want to rate this company better. I received my table, but instead of having the elegant matte black finish, it was shiny and not flowy as pictured. The joints did not fit tight as they could be. I had to touch up the joining. Too bad, the product looked stunning when photographed.
