I’ve used Ethnik Living mirrors in multiple homes of my own, as well as throughout many client projects during my years as an interior designer. Their organic-shaped mirrors have become a staple in my designs because they are timeless, beautifully crafted, and instantly elevate a space. What truly sets Ethnik Living apart is their customer service. One of my extra-large mirrors was unfortunately damaged due to an installation issue, so I purchased a replacement. When the new mirror arrived, I realized the frame profile had been updated and no longer matched the smaller mirror from my original set. After reaching out, their team was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to make it right. They graciously sent me a matching smaller mirror at no charge so that I could maintain a cohesive set. That level of care and commitment to their customers is rare. There is a reason so many top designers and luxury brands trust Ethnik Living. The quality of their products is exceptional, but it’s their customer service that has made me a customer for life. I cannot recommend Ethnik Living enough and will gladly continue purchasing from them for years to come.

I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service we experienced with Nat at Ethnik Living. We ran into an issue with a broken mirror during shipment and they took care of us very quickly. Also, the products we purchased are absolutely beautiful. We couldn't be happier!

So far what I’ve ordered has been stunning. The rug is beautiful. The poofs are beautiful. Quality is great. Comfort of the poof has been fantastic with just the right amount of padding and structure. The items came on time. I was concerned the rug was cancelled, so I reached out via email to a customer service team member. She was prompt, thorough and friendly in her reply.

Smooth ordering and delivery. Mirror was very well packaged and protected. Unfortunately when we tried in our space it was a little too large so we had to return. The return process was smooth as well and the representative that helped me provided great customer service.
