Ethnik LivingReviews of ethnikliving.com

This is my second review. I initially thought I had been scammed due to the long delay and hearing nothing about delivery status but after two months my towel rail arrived, and prior to delivery I did receive an email assuring me it was coming, so I have adjusted my review to 4/5 stars.

Nat my customer service representative made this a truly warm and pleasant experience. Even though my item came in damaged, he was quickly willing to help and very understanding as well. The service I received from Nat, plus me loving the product, is what will make me keep buying.

I ordered (Order #ETK14562 )what looked like a beautiful large wall mirror on July 8. Tracking says that my order was registered yet no item has been received let alone scheduled and completed. I have called and emailed Ethnik Living, and my calls go to voicemail, my emails are unanswered. Update: I received a reply from the company as well as tracking; July 26 is the scheduled delivery date. Update August 6: I had to hire someone to hang the mirror with alternative hardware as it is heavy and cumbersome to do so. Their hardware is flimsy, and their directions say to recheck the hanging screws every 90 days. The process to get here has been arduous, yet the mirror is gorgeous! Edged Joy is an a props name. Adding a star.

Beautiful, very happy with the mirror on my walls. One required a professional installer for the size, difficulty putting up, but it was worth it.

Very happy with the beautiful mirror we purchased. Great quality! Shipping took a little longer than what was expected, but customer service was quick to respond to my questions when I reached out.

Cute mirror for my office! I would say that mounting it was not that easy though because the back side isn't flush against the wall. My husband eventually was able to get it mounted and I do love the aesthetic of it!
