The customer service team at Ethnik Living was so great in helping me with a replacement for my mirror that arrived damaged. Quick response to my inquiry for getting a new one and just overall, pleasant to work with. And on top of the service…the product is high quality and gorgeous! I will look forward to more interactions and purchases in the future. Thank you!!!

Customer service is very responsive and bends over backwards to accommodate requests. As a trade professional, that is critical. I have used their product many times - there has never been a problem with quality or damage. I highly recommend!

I ordered two items - a mirror and a towel bar. I love my mirror. It is great quality and beautiful. I needed to return the towel bar. Unfortunately, I had a very nuanced issue with the towel bar return. The customer service team worked with me on the return in a very professional and helpful way. My issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Based upon this interaction, I would absolutely use this company again in the future.

I’ve used Ethnik Living mirrors in multiple homes of my own, as well as throughout many client projects during my years as an interior designer. Their organic-shaped mirrors have become a staple in my designs because they are timeless, beautifully crafted, and instantly elevate a space. What truly sets Ethnik Living apart is their customer service. One of my extra-large mirrors was unfortunately damaged due to an installation issue, so I purchased a replacement. When the new mirror arrived, I realized the frame profile had been updated and no longer matched the smaller mirror from my original set. After reaching out, their team was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to make it right. They graciously sent me a matching smaller mirror at no charge so that I could maintain a cohesive set. That level of care and commitment to their customers is rare. There is a reason so many top designers and luxury brands trust Ethnik Living. The quality of their products is exceptional, but it’s their customer service that has made me a customer for life. I cannot recommend Ethnik Living enough and will gladly continue purchasing from them for years to come.
