Best Experience with a freight company without question! The drivers are incredibly good at what they do and the customer service is impeccable. The rates are extremely reasonable as well. What more can you ask for. Highly recommend 10/10

Today 2/22/2025 makes 120 days since your driver ROBERT BUTLER Truck 76941 of Delaware ran a yellow or red light and collided with me and totaled my vehicle in Joppa Maryland. Happy 5-month anniversary but I am still not giving up the fight. My attorney will continue to go after you as I will continue to post EVERYWHERE that I can for people to see how your company let your driver get away with this. How "convenient" that his truck did not have a camera. I used to drive for Swift and all trucks have cameras, and ALL drivers are taught to NEVER speed up or attempt to take a yellow light at an intersection. At the scene, he came to my vehicle and apologized and said it was HIS fault, but I guess his story changed when they claimed there was no camera in the truck.

Worst delivery company ever! Was waiting all day for delivery of a double sink vanity, never got a call and then found this huge item out on the road next to my mailbox on a pallet. When I called Estes I was rudely dismissed by a dispatcher. I had no other option than returning the item to the company I ordered from.

We are an experience seller of table tennis supplies. We like Estes for their timely delivery and good retail network. However, beware, if you are moving items that may be damaged in transit, their claims process is just terrible. We had a table tennis table that they clearly damaged in transit, we have clear evidence, but because our customer did not open the box within ESTES five day limit, we are out of pocket. If you have other carriers to choose from, we recommend not choosing Estes. Ben

Sent 4 pallets, lost 1pallet! Customer had an urgent project so we shipped replacements out. They "found" the pallet after 2 weeks, never told anyone and delivered them both together! Now we have to arrange the collection and return of THEIR lose, at our cost. AVOID THESE COWBOYS

worst experience ever, if it would have been my decision Estes would not have been the trucking company I used. Countertop has been sitting in Grand Rapids (45 min away from my home) since 12/20 was supposed to be delivered on 12/23 no one showed, my husband has been sitting at home for a week, now they are saying they do not know when it will be delivered, does not have a redelivery date and customer service sucks.

Just wanted to say SHOUT OUT TO the delivery driver SCOTT from GRANDRAPIDS MICHIGAN. He delivered my grandmothers bed and was amazing. Even helped us by placing it in the garage!!!

The name of this company is Estes EXPRESS Lines. They are anything but express. A delivery from TN to FL should not take 7 days. My delivery has been sitting at their Boyntan Beach wearhouse since 8:30 am; 30 minutes north of my home address. It will likely sit there through the weekend as they say they now have to deliver to their Miami Wearhouse 1 hour south of me. How do you consider a shipment sitting 30 minutes from home, sitting idle for now 3 days over the weekend, and delivery not likely November 21st EXPRESS?
