The pick up schedule for monday was picked up on tuesday, the pickup for thursday was never picked after dispatch and the driver said he was on his way to pickup the load. Every time they do that, I must pay overtime for people to stay and load the truck plus the extra fees included for late delivery.

I booked Estes via 3PL. I had a shipment that left in the 9/23. Delivery date was tentatively 9/30. I inform my customer of the date. Customer calls frantically the next week, where is my shipment. It is 10/2 and it's just sitting in a trailer. It might get delivered 10/5. This is unbelievable. I specifically asked was it going to be delivered on time.

I am writing this Review in regards of an order my daughter placed through Home Depot. Her order sat at a warehouse 25 miles away from Sept. 17th 2026 and was just delivered Oct. 1, 2026. When she tracked it, the website said "Out for Delivery" 3 different times. The tracking Website was wrong 3 different times. For a delivery less than 25 miles away. She waited over 2 weeks for delivery. I am seriously hoping she didn't have to pay a delivery fee.

The final mile subcontractor that estes uses in Las Vegas area is trash. Takes 2-days for Estes to haul it across the country then it sits for a week with the final mile contractor. The don’t return calls. Missed appointments every time. I have used them many times and they always do a terrible job with the final mile.

Very unprofessional. No one can locate my shipping for a return of a unit and there has been zero communication. I called in a bunch of times and emailed and started a claim and there has been absolutely no communication or update as to how they are handling the situation. The tracking information says it arrived at their warehouse not even halfway to the actual destination for almost 3 weeks now and there has been no response or communication on the matter. Every time I call in there is not a person I can talk to that knows what's going on. I called in the warehouse location as well as the customer service line with no actual help. I understand things happen but the fact that there has been no communication after being told someone will call back or contact me is absolutely unacceptable.

Ive used them twice. Both times my final bill was double what the proposal said it would be . DOUBLE. Their policy is to double the prices to scam their customers

I'm disabled and somebody order me a scooter. We'll these butheads would not bring it to my apt.we,a friend, neighbor had to put it together in the parking lot.It was to heavy for us to bring it by hand.I would never use this company..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THESE IDIOTS PUT MY ORDER OF STONE TILES (A PALLET) ON THE ROAD, AND IT IS NOWHERE NEAR MY HOUSE. HOME DEPOT HAD TO COME OUT AND REMOVE IT FROM THE ROAD. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
