Terrible Claims Process
We are an experience seller of table tennis supplies. We like Estes for their timely delivery and good retail network. However, beware, if you are moving items that may be damaged in transit, their claims process is just terrible. We had a table tennis table that they clearly damaged in transit, we have clear evidence, but because our customer did not open the box within ESTES five day limit, we are out of pocket. If you have other carriers to choose from, we recommend not choosing Estes. Ben
