I did have a small problem and notified the Company via email and was responded to Timely(considering the time zones) with positive responses and no Hassle Fixes and Solutions. We purchased 2 electric tricycles which we plan on taking to FL with us for four months. They will be perfect for getting from one place to another at the resort. There were a couple of issues with one of the tricycles but Eskute’s customer service was awesome! They were very quick in responding with solutions. I would definitely recommend purchasing an electric tricycles from Eskute!!

The bike arrived surprisingly fast and in good shape. The assembly was fairly intuitive and easy however the instructions are lacking. I had to go on line a couple of times to confirm adjustments. The bike performed well during the initial trial, however again the directions are lacking for a newbie setting the preferences for optimum performance, so that was more trial and error.

I’ll be honest with you I haven’t ridden my trike yet, waiting for some better weather. But, I will tell you that the order process, speed of shipping, communication and customer service is excellent. Can’t wait to take it for a spin!
