I ordered the T300 E-trike on Cyber Monday and it was delivered Friday after 4 days. Although it was well packed the seat had a tear in it. I contacted customer service and was immediately shipped a new seat. Easy to assemble. 95% was already put together. All I had to do was install the fenders, baskets and mirrors and put the seat on.

Jenny was great. Although when I originally contacted Eskute about the failed battery, the replacement batteries were out of stock. However, as soon at the battery was back in stock, Jenny contacted me to let me know and shipped out the replacement battery right away. Thank you Jenny.

Ordering the bike was so easy. Received the bike within days and assembly was simple. Great quality bike. Folding it was a bit tough the first couple times but I figured out how to make it easier to handle. The bike is heavy weighing in at 66 lbs. but I was able to move it on my own. Rides great, very smooth ride.
