Jill helped me out quite a bit and was pretty quick with responses considering it was mostly weekends. They were able to send me a replacement for a fender, both with the same look (I thought it was damaged and they sent a replacement with same sort of look/damage exact) but my dad mentioned now that it might be an intentional design choice for water/dirt to escape out of. Anyways Jill was very respectful and patient with me so better than most! Awesome customer service eskute team has.

This eskute bike was awesome, and my son has had a blast on it. Unfortunately, his bike frame developed cracks on the frame and we felt it was no longer safe to ride. After informing @Simon with Eskute of the issue he offered to send us a full refund and came through on that promise as the bike was part of a bad batch. We will continue to do business with ESKUTE in the future as we have several of their bikes in our house. Thanks again Simon with ESKUTE

I bought an ESKUTE Nova X from Amazon. I had a minor issue with a couple of things, and ESKUTE customer service took care of it right away with no issues. I actually liked the product enough to buy a second Nova X off of Amazon, so my sons don't have to fight over the one bike. I've had the first bike for about 3 weeks now, so I can't currently vouch for long-term reliability, but for now, I am happy with both bikes. I am also very happy with the responsiveness from the ESKUTE company when I reached out to them.

I have put about 150 miles on my D300 thus far. It is fairly compact-able and fits in the backseat of my BMW sedan. I had an issue where one of the pedals broke while riding, but Mark on the customer service team quickly sent replacement pedals. I also had an issue with the brakes, but once again Mark was very quick to help out, and sent a video that allowed me to fix the brakes in under 5 minutes. The bike itself is pretty good for the price. Acceleration on hills isn't great, but I am a pretty heavy guy. Additionally, the battery life isn't as good as expected, but I assume it would last much longer for individuals under 200 lbs. Overall, I would recommend the D300 for short commutes and getting around large college campuses, etc. Lastly, Mark on the customer service team has been incredibly helpful and deserves recognition for his outstanding contributions.
