I had an issue connecting in France and was able to contact customer service promptly via chat. They sent me a new eSIM at no charge that worked perfectly. The customer service representative even checked back to see if everything was okay after they saw that the new eSIM was using some data. Fantastic product and helpful customer service.

Ich fliege dreimal im Jahr in die USA…
Ich fliege dreimal im Jahr in die USA und hatte bisher immer einen datenpass von meinem Provider gebucht.
Das war um ehrlich zu sein immer eine mittlere Katastrophe und auch teuer.
Weil der Provider nur mit einem US-Anbieter zusammengearbeitet, hatte ich sowohl in Tennessee, als auch in allen anderen Staaten, die wir auf unserer Reise nach Florida durchfuhren, in großen Teilen niemals Daten und musste immer den Hotspot meines Partners nutzen.
Besonders ärgerlich war dies an den Zwischenlande-Flughäfen, wenn das WLAN dort überlastet war und ich mit ihm nicht in Kontakt bleiben konnte.
Also habe ich mich dazu entschieden, mal die esim4Travel auszuprobieren und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Installation vor Abreise, sowie Aktivierung bei Ankunft, waren absolut kinderleicht ich hatte in Charlotte sofort mobile Daten, was vorher mit T-mobile nie der Fall war. Mit der esim4travel ist der Empfang bisher überall mindestens genauso gut, wie der von meinem Partner mit einer "echten" US SIM-Karte...manchmal sogar besser, sodass ich "cell coverage" habe und er nicht. ... 😀
Für die USA absolut zu empfehlen, kinderleichte Installation/Aktivierung, mega übersichtlche app mit easy "Aladefunktion" und über den super günstigen Preis brauchen wir gar nicht zu reden.
Ich bin begeistert und happy 😀

I used this eSIM for a trip to the U.S. In the beginning I had a few issues, but the support was so great. We fixed it quikly and it worked just fine.

5 stars service. I had an issue because of the airport wifi that was quickly resolved once using a good one. They have a cheap data plan for almost all middle east and on top of that they offered me a free esim. I highly recommend.

It just works.
First two worked great. But then had an issue with the top up function that just didn't seem to do anything. Talked to support (note they did take about 5 min to give me a live agent), and they resolved the problem for me pretty quickly by giving me a new esim.
