Hi Panvičiak, Thank you for the kind words about the activation and ease of use (and for trusting eSIM.dog during your Erasmus)! As for indoor coverage - it can vary depending on building materials and which local carrier your eSIM connects to. If you experience this again, try toggling airplane mode or manually selecting a different network in your phone's carrier settings - sometimes a different local operator has better indoor coverage in specific buildings. Enjoy the rest of your Erasmus! Best, Arseny

Hi Yurdakul, I'm very sorry about your experience during your Umrah trip. I understand how frustrating it must be to have unreliable internet when you're traveling, especially during such an important journey. You're correct that Saudi Arabia has significant internet restrictions - they can severely impact speeds and access to certain services regardless of signal strength. VPN traffic can also be limited. That said, it is still clear that the overall experience did not match your expectations. I have reached out to you privately to make this right. Best regards, Arseny

Hi Hendrik, sorry about this. You should have received a timely human follow-up when you reported the LTE issues, and we missed that. That is on us. What you described - strong signal but unstable LTE, while 3G works better - can happen in some local network conditions, but we still should have handled your case properly instead of leaving you with generic bot replies only. We've followed up with you directly to review this properly and make it right. Thank you for the honest feedback. Arseny

Hi Marc, Wow, Spain to Indonesia - that's an incredible travel record! Thank you so much for the 5 stars and for making us your global go-to for fast and affordable data. I also want to sincerely apologize for the slow support reply you experienced some time ago. To ensure no traveler is ever left waiting, we've since implemented a hybrid support system and we've been upgrading it almost every week. Our highly capable AI now handles instant troubleshooting and instant refunds, while humans handle escalations. This allows us to give you prompt support while maintaining the low margins that make our eSIMs the cheapest on the market. Better yet, because we now offer multiple networking routes, if you experience any connectivity issues with the specific eSIM route you bought, it can be instantly refunded so you can try one of our alternative routes right away. We've got your back on the next trip! Best, Arseny

Hi Claire, I am very sorry to read this. Please accept my sincere apologies for the horrific experience and the lack of response. I investigated immediately, as ignoring a customer is never our intention. It appears our support system (Intercom) automatically hid your emails because it couldn't verify the sender identity, likely due to missing SPF/DKIM/DMARC records on the sending domain. Because of this missing security protocol, the system flagged the messages as unverified and kept them from our view. Had we seen them, we absolutely would have helped you troubleshoot the activation and get you connected. I have now issued a full refund to your card. I also sent you a personal email explaining the technical details and included a promo code for future use as a sincere apology for the stress this caused during your trip. Best regards, Arseny
