one of the seat back cushions was missing , but will 5 stars for delivery , was very fast and every thing else was ok . just waiting Erommy to reach out to me and answer my e mail about the missing cushion.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Only got 3 out of 4 boxes, the 4th was lost amd we got it 3 days later. Parts were bent and damaged amd their customer service sucks and you can't get a hold of anyone. Pay 1k for a gazebo, if something goes wrong ...good luck, you are on your own

The customer service is nonexistent they sent the wrong curtains I bought the 10x13 gazebo and the curtains are a foot short on the 13’ side! erommy told me they only handle the after-sales of orders from erommy I replied by saying this is an after sales problem and I never got a response from them it took three calls to customer service to get the one reply from them

Well the roof pieces are damaged, they were either damaged at distribution or delivery we pulled it all out but last 3 boxes had damaged parts we need it replaced I don't know where to start or what to do but freaked as we got long into building it....I'm very upset I hope they fix this otherwise it would be a great item but not if they make us keep a dented and beat up one it's not fair.

Came quick and is of good quality. One of the post was dented but I knocked it out myself with a rubber mallet. I put it together by myself and took about 8 hrs. I would recommend at least having another person. Overall good purchase and easy instructions. I purchased Tapcon screws to secure the structure to the concrete and did not use the ones that came with this as they are not the best option.
