Poor communication
I started the process the beginning of June to get my fence installed. I was given a date of July 1st for installation. When I had the video meeting nothing was mentioned about needing a permit. I just moved to this area and did not know one was required and assumed they would take care of it since it was not mentioned. The day before installation they text me saying a permit was needed so they would have to reschedule. They generously offered to obtain a permit for me with a charge of $150-$250 🙄 The permit cost $25 and took me 5 minutes to complete the application and it was emailed to me. I was told to text once I received the permit, which I did with no response. In the mean time i received several different instillation dates that kept changing. So I called and left a message for clarification. Someone did return my call by the end of the day to give me the correct date. The day of installation one guy showed up to install the fence by himself. If it was not for the great job that he did by himself I would give this experience a lower score. He worked hard and completed the fence and I love the job he did!
