I placed an order May 6, 2026. They sent me an email asking my how I liked it on May 21st. I haven't received anything yet. They sent a shipping link that says "waiting for carrier to pick up" It's May 28th and it still says that and NO, I haven't received my order yet. I sent them many replies telling them to check that and have someone ship it out but it falls on deaf ears. I told them to just refund since they can't reply, Gee,....How many stars do I give? Still waiting for carrier to pick up. Update: received a reply they were out of stock, shipping soon. Received this on June 15th. It's July 15th. Not crazy about the smell. Don't really notice any difference. It's oil so it moisturizes but not sure if there are any benefits to tighten and tone. I prefer Iota body oil. Smells wonderful and people ask me what I am wearing, tighten and tones much better then this

I, like many others here, never received the two bottles of product I paid for. I have reached out to customer service three times and they way the right words but never do anything to rectify the situation, from replacing the product to refunding my money. I have the same canned responses from "Anna" which I assume is AI-generated.

The rating should be a zero. I am a person who typically gives rave reviews because I think most people only review when they are unhappy with something; sadly I cannot say one positive thing about this company… and I have no idea how the product performs because after almost three months of following up on my order it was never received. I only received responses promising a tracking number as soon as the order shipped. Never received a tracking number or the product.. only daily marketing emails. The operation is either a fraud or they have the worst customer service and have no idea how to operate a business. I contacted my CC company and disputed the charge after almost 3 months of frustration. I then received an e- mail from the company stating we see that you contacted your CC company and received a full refund… seriously… worst customer experience ever! And… they are still sending marketing emails.

The company itself I have no issues with. I ordered my oil and as I am in Canada it cost me a whopping $94.00 for the small bottle. I was expecting what they were promising. To help with my crepey skin on my arms. Well save your money. The picture they show you how this oil transformed the arm to the smooth skin is TOTALLY BOLOGNY!! I have been using the oil consistently March, April and now May and my skin is the same. Yes it is smooth but still crepey. Save your money unless you want a moisturizer.

I have never recieved anything - They have taking money from my account - and I found out that I somehow had made a subscription when i purchased a produkt - Be aware of the company!!!

I was so excited to use this product. Did my research as to its efficacy and was looking forward to seeing some results for my crepey arm skin. However, after doing all my research as to the trustworthiness of this company, I won’t be placing an order. Even though the oil may make a small difference, I do not feel like spending weeks (referencing other reviewers ‘ responses) in communication trying to get my order to be shipped to me, if shipped at all. Too bad - the product sounded like it might be somewhat helpful.

After seeing promotions for the Erae Queen Oil and reading reviews I thought that I would give it a try. I’ve been using it two to three times a day on my arms, legs, chest and neck without missing an application. I like how it goes on smoothly and leaves a glow on your skin. As far as changing the appearance of my 67 year old crepey skin, I don’t notice any difference since using this product. I could see where it might be helpful to use in areas to prevent chafing but that’s not what I was looking for when I ordered the oil. Considering the price and the fact that there are cheaper options out there, I won’t be ordering again.

Not only is their product great but their outreach to the consumer is very reassuring. Ladies, if you heve suffered from desert dry flacky skin to the point that no cream or determagolical cure stopped the itching, do youself a favor and check out the the Erae Paris site. I read about their Queen Oil product which described exactly why everything I previously tried was not working. I even tried explaining to a dermatologist that nothing seems to penetrate my skin to give me relief from the constant scratching to the point of drawing blood. I was told I had Ichthyusis (scaly skin). The doctor knew what it was but not the answer as to a product that would help. I'm 82 years old and have walked around for many years with my own personal snow storm. The Queen Oil has worked for me. It does not leave an oily residue on my skin but actually penetrate the skin where it's needed. Im extremely happy with the product. I've been using it for roughly 5 weeks. There are other benefits from the oil but I'm so pleased with what I've experienced so far and if I get other benefits from the oil,it's all good. The customer service department has explained to me the importance of how to " protect " the oil from contamination so it can do what it is suppose to do. Thank you. Kimberly
