Zero really First order was delayed THEN they took a 2nd payment from my credit card (without my knowledge / permission) for a 2nd order not placed by me (whilst the first order had still not received) and now won’t return this 2nd payment taken without my consent nor answer emails!!!!

Terrible dishonest company, takes your money and delivers nothing. My order has been sitting at order received for 16 days despite ERAE confirming it’s in transit. Now about to take them to Dept of Fair Trading. PLEASE do not waste your money.

Erae needs to clean up their return policy and customer service! I had to take photos to send six bottles back ( I don’t remember ever asking for that number). They had to deliberate over the return and wanted me to pay for return shipping! I did not want this order of 6 bottles as I had asked them to cancel my subscription. They set up a subscription for me without notice or ability to easil cancel. DO NOT BUY!

I never order subscriptions of any kind. I ordered the product 1 time and don’t even like it. Today I receive a notice that they are shipping 2 more bottles per “ my subscription” which I don’t have! I purchased thru SHOP. What a waste of my time and money!

Customer service needs improvement. I wanted to return but could never get ahold of anyone. While a nice oil it turned my hands yellow, so be sure to wash your hands. Very strange. Its like a yellow highter exploded in my hand. No smell. Osea is a way better product. Save your money and skip this.

Trying to contact Avera-Paris is IMPOSSIBLE!!. Placed order weeks ago,and nothing??. Went to SHOP site as advised to track order,empty page. Is this company legitimate? Does it even exist?. HELP PLEASE.

There is a fake web site selling this “product as Erae “! I got scammed. I’ve never received the product, my CC company filed a dispute, I received a refund from my CC. Be sure to find the correct site.
